I was wondering if you could help me out a little
sorry if this has been covered ad nauseum, I couldn't find much upon searching or combing the archives manually.
I'm looking for ways of reducing the loss of muscle mass while losing fat (as I am losing weight right now). Specifically, I know training is a major factor here, and that is what I am focusing on - is there any routine in particular you all would reccommend? Of course if there are any supplements that you can reccommend I'd also be interested in that (not clen though, it would interact w/ a prescription I take).
