Hi there! I'm quite new in here... Have been in the Anabolic part for quite som time now... :p

My stats are 104 kg
14%BF Approximately

I'd like to loose some fat (heh, we all do, right?!)

Anyway, I'll say the truth: My diet suck! Actually I haven't got a diet! I just eat stuff woith alot of protein... But I'm gaining fat, it really suck!

I wanna get lean and ripped before summer...

Anyone who can point me in the right direction???

hehe! Right... I'm mostly looking, not posting that much :D

I just try to read instead, trying to learn... Well, I've found some interresting reading about dieting, I'll put one together and post it later :p
 
ok if you want to cut up this is what i suggest.....take your bodyweight times 15 then subtract 500 to recieve the total amount of calories you should be consuming each day. out of these caloreis use a 50/30/20 protein/carb/fat macronutrient breakdown. for your protein try to get it from fish, chicken, tuna, shakes, avoid red meat as it has saturated fat which is bad during cutting because it is very hard for the body to burn. for carbs try to get them from high gi carbs such as brown rice and oatmeal, only concumse simple sugars postworkout as you will need them to restore glycogen stores otherwise you will not have much energy. fats try to get these from flaxseed oil, a source of your essential fatty acids. hope this can help
