Hi need some assistance

Hi all im new here and looking for a little advice.

Recently took up weight training and have gained few pounds in muscle starting to look a bit more defined etc my question is what do you think of my programme. I tend to go in the gym for over an hour doing 3 sets of exercise for each muscle 10 reps with 60 secs rest time. Pushing myself to failure everytime.

hard to say really as that's not alot of info... how do you push yourself to failure each time if you have a set number of reps??
