I just signed up for the Omega project, and the ebook link on my account page doesn't work. Is there an ebook I'm supposed to read first, that goes into more detail than the stickies at the top?
Also, I'm not sure where to start here. I read a few of the stickies at the top, such as the diet article and the reps and sets article. Should I make a post a expect to get advice on a custom plan-of-attack given my personal circumstances? (Ie., advice on number of calories, general outline for a workout routine given the # of days I can get to the gym and so forth..)
