Hi, First Time Poster w Question

I've been reading the board for over a year now or so, followed Crumcakes diet to a "T" last summer for cutting and got some nice results.

Anyways, I'm currently using DC's training routine and love it. However, I have a question about the "Extreme strecthing" aspect of it.

I was having a conversation with a friend of mine who thought that stretching cut down on muscle size, making the muscle more lean...true? And I was always under the impression that stretching allowed oxygen into the muscles for faster muscle recovery...anyone able to elaborate on this?

DC is right, your friend is wrong.

There is some logic to PLers not stetching before a max lift, as it kills a natural reflex that works to add "spring" to the reverse.

Other than that....DC's got ya covered. :)
