Hi everone :)

Don't know if I belong on this forum though. I only use a little clen and anavar... like 5 mg every now and then... so might not be hardcore enough here. I'm 5'3" 120 or so so not like a serious bodybuilder or anything.

Welcome to the board. Make sure you check out the women's forum. The info there would probably be more applicable than that on this forum, since you are female and all.

Oh, I guess I should tell you about me. I am 20, go to school in Houston, and I lift 4 days a week, and do cardio on the other three. I try to eat a good diet, like I try not to eat sugar, saturated fats, and I eat alot of protein (chicken and tuna) and alot of vegetables. I've been doing this for 3 years, and I like it alot. I look so much better and feel better. The anavar helped too, but I have not used any in 2 months, and do not look at toned as I did 2 months ago now.
 
I'm 5'3" 120 lbs. I don't have alot of fat, but I think I could look better if I lost about 5 lbs of it. I want sexy abes, but do not want to lose my butt (I do squats and stiffleg deadlifts), or my boobs. They are too small already.
 
What do all those green dots and stars round your pictuers mean? I only have one green dot and no stars. Does this show how long you have been a member, and it is because I am new??? How do you put up a picture?

Alot of men on here have women in their avatar slots....its kind of a competition to see who can post up the hottest girl. But yeah in real life my own boobies are not too shabby.

My wife and I go to UH. She's swimming at the rec center as we type. She has about the same goals as you....well maybe not the chisled abs, but just a nice athletic build.

Im sure you've figured it out, but avoid the winny. The Mrs was MEAN on that stuff.

welcolme to the boards and don't worry about being "hardcore" From the sounds of things, you are more hardcore than about 97.3 percent of the population (myself included). That being based upon my own statistical analysis and current level of fatness.

Its a cool place here, being a woman, you will need to have some thick skin though, lol. On the flip side, with a name such as 'fitblondechick' you are all but guaranteed to have just about every male on this board respond to your threads. In other words, you will get your questions answered with lightning speed. :)

They are saying you are an alter, which with your name you may very well be. An alter is another user name created by an existing member as another identity on the boards. They think that you are Bebe Girl, a chick who all of the guys on here thought was someone elses alter who was banned for being annoying. Actually, she was just acting like herself, and was in fact not an alter. IN any event, you are not her, I'm pretty sure of that. However, I'm a bit suspicous of your identity. If you drop me your phone number later when you feel safe, I'll be more than happy to vouce for the fact that you are a female after I talk to you. My word carries a fair amount of weight around here.

Oh. Well, I'll be completely honest with you. It is not hard to use these smilies. They are like on teh right side of the screen from where I am typing. You just click on one and it appears in what you are typing. I guess I'm just a really fast learner. :qt:

They have smilies on other places too ya know. Like on yahoo and stuff. But the smilies there are alot cuter. I like this one though. :heart:
