sup ladies,

just have a few questions about HGH.. is there a recommended certain age like AAS 21? or is it something that is best left till late 20's early 30's? is it something that can leed 2 deformity in bone growth increase or is that a myth? and for you young guys on it can you let us know how its working for you and how much your taking,

I wouldn't touch it until you were a little older bro. Your levels now should be naturally high. Large doses can bring side effects including change in facial structure etc..
 
yeh thats what my research showed, but then again i know people 21 and 25 who are taking it? even junior pro bodybuilders are on it?
 
im 23, and i am running gh...

Cant comment on the "gains" since gh isnt a magical hormone....ill know better in 3 months how the GH really is doing...

i know its real, and i did get sides at 4 iu/day....Carpel Tunnel, etc.

Listen to your body and the sides. GH sides will outlast you =]

Plus, if you are running normal dose, compared to someone running 10 iu/day, then you are in less risk of getting sides such as the overgrown head, etc.
 
gh is beneficial for someone who is a bit older. It is really expensive to run and you won't see much benefit at your age. Compared to just running gear. I have a friend who is 23 and he runs 10ius a day of GH but he is on so much else too.

After 25 yrs of age,,,natural HGH levels decrease drastically.
 
thought so.. I'm going to try igf lr3 this year, I have some grip issues I hope it will take care of=)
 
Not really going to do much special for you at your age. I would hold off until you are 30+.

yeah, that's my plan.. if so, what dosage would you recommend? Mostly I see beginners using 40-50mg/ed. but what if I do it 3 x week?
I have done a lot of research on this and I don't want to nag, but there seems to be different views in every thread.. so what could you expect, not only in muscle growth, but other benefits as well? I'm training for strongman, so everything counts.
 
are you talking GH or IGF?
 
Well actually for either one your strength gain isn't going to do much for a powerlifter, you would better of with a serious dose of test, tren, deca than anything you would get from the IGF or GH especailly for the money you are going to shell out for the IGF or GH. GH and IGF are for extremely lean muscle mass gain even though you get hyperlasia either of these compounds are not know for strenght gains, well atleast as far as I know and I don't know it all. Hope this helps...
 
I'll stay away from it then. Doesn't hurt to try, but I will wait for now! And as you say, expensive.

for real receptor grade yes expensive for the cheaper media grade well its cheaper...
