Hgh ya or nah? Advice please

I'm 22, I take in give or take 400-450g carbs, 200g protien and keep my micro nutrients up.
I have a workout scheme I follow, I gaining 1-3kg a month. I now weigh 55kg I'm 5'10" and under 10%BF.
I'm looking to gain 30-40kg as quick as possible any advice on improving an getting to my goal as quick as I can? I've read alot on here and like look of adivce and disscussion so here I am, my goals isn't for a beach body but for a physcial strength for my goals within the army.
Young but open ears and mind.
Start a cycle with it? If so advice on what n how I should go about it.

Hell no bro!!!!!! You do not need HGH at 22 what are you thinking! Save those thousands of dollars on food, supps, and a 401k lol! The HGH you need is:

My workout consists so far as;
15mins 30% intensity run or there snouts and 25 push ups for a warm up.

55kg bench press 12 reps 3 sets
7.5kg butterflys 12s 2r
15kg butterflys 12s 1s
15kg hammer curls between sets
54kg chest flys 12r 3s
54kg reverse chest flys 12r 3s
55kg lat bar 12r 3s
120kg leg press 15r 3s
34kg curls and extentions for legs 12r 3s each
20kg plate with sit ups 35r 5s 3131 temp for those.

Once a week sometimes 2 a 5km jog with 25kg

I really do try, I push myself to struggling point
So please critque and advise me on what to do correctly as I am pretty new and young to this game and would love an apprciate all advice given from those who have been at this for years

spend some time In the training forum you will learn more there, post your goals and stats and you'll get some good advice

I came here for advice from more experience people who've been where I am and done it all, I get the feeling a lot of young guys come and don't take in the advice given?

Well either way there problem, I joined my first community cause I was impressed with it, and plan on being apart of it, and only way I see to further myself in this community and myself is by taken the advice, using the advice so I can further myself and in time give advice to the next gen of people whom want n need it.

Enough life story wants there lol!

So we now have my workout routine and such, hgh is clear no!
So now at where I am, where do I go? And best way of getting there? :/

Let's start crititism and get the good n bads up and out shall we :)

Hello mate :)
Gotta say lovin your attitude.
Regarding training routines you could google strong lifts 5x5 lots of peeps have had great results with that. Also have a look at some of the training logs, you could get some good ideas from them.

As for when/if you should take 'roids. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure you could break 100kg without any juice. But that doesn't mean you should stay away from this area. Keep reading and learning about it all. There's a hell of a lot of info to take in but you'll get there if you keep at it, and then when you are ready you'll have a much better idea of what you want to do and how to do it.

So strong lifts 5x5 I shall google it now, thanks for that. What about military presses for shoulders n such?

And yeah I don't know to much about them myself I don't even know how a cycle works completely. My mate has done it alot his 38 now and is huge, I'm not after gigantic just fit and strength to carry out tasks for the career I want effectively, and he suggested 2 one being hgh and said that'll take care of fat burning and kick up other hormones and help with converting and repair muscle tissue, he suggested the amount I should take with the blood test he got me to take and said it'd help me gain an extra 1-2kg every 2-3 weeks so I'd be gaining close to 5kg a month on it, which sounds really darn good to me, but that's one opinion, alot here suggest not bothering with it, so weighing it up it's a no for me. I don't like needles anyway LOL!

I already have a great dietry intake and use a supplement that has a bcaa compound to help convert more protien then my body would naturally, which is good, I'm just I guess impatient lol idea of improving quicker and reaching higher in a time just got me excited lol

No pain no gain right! :)
 
Smart move coming here and taking advice mate.

You can increase HGH levels naturally by doing heavy ass squats and deadlifts. Your mate from the gym ought to know that. :)

And jonny yeah, I'm not going to bother with it, 1-3kg a month on what I'm doing now is good results
And this new routine should certainly increase this alot more!

Supplements for carbs/protien and conversion supplements for protien n such like bcaa conversion Im currently using, or any trusted brands that have a better quality protien and bcaa then I'm using really any dietry info would be good.

Note; bcaa is NOT a brand lol (been asked that by workers at supplement stores -.-)
 
Diet and training brother..read everything you can on weight lifting, go to the library and check out every body building book you can find read the different ideas and find the common threads that will work for you. as far as otc supps, protein, aminos, fish oil, creatine, glutamine, zma, cla ect. there are too many to list, but b4 you think of steroids get everything in order. you should be able to gain solid muscle for years natty b4 you reach your max. dont cheat yourself brother.. good luck..
