Only one guy looking better than me in the gym right now. I'm heavier, but he's leaner. I asked him how he stays so lean. He said 2 i.u.'s of gh every day keeps him at 6%. I am currently using 4 ed so I'm gonna catch up to his lean little ass lol.
Yes t4 and igf-1 or insulin work really good with gh. Make sure you do your homework with the insulin, Acneman wrote a great faq. No need to use slin with igf-1. use one than switch to the other.
Thanks Kachunga. Is T4 and insulin necessary if you're only going for fat loss? I use insulin daily at my job so i'm very comfortable with the possible repercussions but if it's not really needed then that would be better.

Sure you guys aren't meaning T3?

Most guys I know use T3 with their HGH and not T4.

You will not need 'Slin with the HGH if you are trying to lean up.

GH is more beneficial for the long-term user...like 4+ months. Actually, 6+months would probably be ideal. Common thought right now is to use ED for <6mo, and EOD for >6mo.

...although, there has never been a true set in stone dosing pattern. The 5on-2off pattern is pretty popular as well.

I thought T3 as well but i recently read that the conversion from T4 to T3 is the important part of the equation and therefor T4 is better with HGH. I'm kinda new to the HGH thing so i'm not sure if the source was reputable or not.

Thanks for the info BMJ. What's the reasoning of EOD if using over 6 months? Receptor downgrade?
