Once again, DNP does NOT cause muscle loss... If you are doing DNP pre-cycle, you'll want to do short 3 day cycles (1000-600-300 or something similar) and give yourself at least 3-5 days off DNP before the contest, as DNP makes you retain water. Don't do the short cycles if you havent ever done it before, b/c 10% of ppl are allergic to DNP. If you're thinking about doing it, I seriously suggest researching it VERY VERY throughly as its not a supplement, its an industrial chemical. 2000mg would probably send you to the hospital for sure (maybe even the morgue) so you have to know what you're dealing with... It's not something to casually try.
