hgh or igf-1

ok im 27 yrs old and im lacking alot of cartilage in my right knee, does anyone know if HGH or IGF-1 can regrow cartilage, any info whatsoever is very appreciated.

if anything can, I would say igf-1, but I have my doubts that it will help.
