I was always told that sub-Q stomach shots are recommended. Now I've been taking My GH shots any place I deem necessary, not to say it's right, but I've also been told that Growth is a great fat-loss agent so taking shots where fat build up is choice. Again, I've heard any place is fine (giving the obvious:Feet, Hands, Di#k a no fly zone!). Now, what could be good places to take Sub-Q HGH shots: easy under neck, under arms, all over abdomen, and thights... I hope that helps, because the couple things you would have to whatch out for is a over use of a paticular spot. If a site has been over used the receptors become burnt up, or not as responsive. Switch up every time in one inch squares, and give area time to heal... Frankly, I try and do this, but when I get a nice spot on my side, or chest I will only go on either side of my nipples and switch to the other chest muscle. I will typically stay on my uper parts untel I get tired of seeing so many little red dots, and then move on... About a week, or so... I am taking 6iu daily; 2iu morning, 4IU afternoon. And there is no particular reason I choose to take uneven shots (it's just easier to meet my quota).
