HGH and Sarms?

I am thinking of taking :

HGH 3iu's 5 on 2 off

SARMS s4 50mg ed

Clen with Ketotifen 40 mcg 2x ed/2mg ed

My goals are to shed some fat in favor of lean muscle, put on some muscle but not a lot of bulk (I want to stay lighter for endurance sports) and to heal quickly from injury and workouts.

I am 35 6'2" 195lbs and 15%bf.

I do not want to put on too much weight as endurance sports are my main focus.

My diet gets jacked up in the summer due to my job. In the summer I just throw down as many calories as possible and I still lose weight, but my bf seems to increase.

However, now that fall/winter is here I can get back to training and eating right.

Breakfast is either a 3 egg veggie scramble (usually spinach, peppers, garlic and a little feta) or oats with berries and yogurt. I will also have 12 onces of 100% juice and coffee. This is all preceeded by 40 ounces of water.

Snack is usually nuts or hummus on veggie or a couple of spoons of natural PB with honey throughout the day.

lunch is usually a sandwich with meat and veg with cheese and mustard.

Dinner will be either chicken, steak or fish with a giant salad (olive oil and Balsamic vinigar dressing)and/or grilled veggies. Sometimes I throw in some rice/potatoes/couscous.

All through the day I whack back tons of H2O.

I run 1 hour to 2 hours 5 days a week
I swim 30 min to 1 hour 5 days
I lift 4 days a week
I commute by bike and I ski my face off when the snow flies.

Not looking to get huge. Mostly shed extra fat, continue to improve cardio, and heal FAST.

I may look at doing a future cycle with test, var, primo and t-bol (or something like that), but this is not imprtant right now.

Any thoughts on HGH with SARMS S4?

I have used S4 before and liked the results quite a bit. I shed some bf, but put it back on this summer due to poor diet (again due to the job). I really liked the definition I gained while using S4. I LOVED that all the body aches and pains from past injuries disappeared while on S4.

As far as the Clen goes, I was hoping for a quick boost in fat loss and it seems it may help my cardio as well. I read that the Ketotifen will "clean" the beta 2 receptors allowing me to stay on clen longer while making the clen more effective even at lower dose.

I am not planning on staying on clen indefinately- still the recommended 2 on 2 off. I will just add Ketotifen to be on the safe side.

Thoughts?

Bring it on. I am still reading and learning so the more info the better. I only started researching this in March. I have not yet cycled, but I am learning a ton here at EF. I appreciate how informative everyone is. Thanks in advance.
 
First, you wont get huge no matter how much HGH or S4 you use..
Now that that is out of the way, you should up your dose to 4iu per day at least and run it 7 days a week. I dont by into the HGH 5on 2off crap.. Just some BS to save money...
 
Thanks Gamer. Yeah, I have read that HGH does not cause any kind of suppression of natty GH so 7 days seems safe to me. However, saving $$$$ is also good.

Are there any benefits to running 7 days?

Are there any drawbacks to running 5 on 2 off.

Also, I guess I know that I will not get huge on HGH and S4, but I wanted to preclude and advice to take other gear that would bulk me up

I feel my goals are not the typical here at EF. I still get great info, albeit sometimes people forget my goals are not the same as theirs.

I like to think I am an endurance athlete and I am trying to tailor this to such.

What do you think? Any benefit of taking what I proposed for endurance?

I think you'll like your results. Gh isn't going to put on any muscle to speak of at 4 ius for most people. I mean, it won't hurt in that department. But, mostly you are going to see increased fat loss from it, good joint healing/repair, better sleep etc. S4 is also subtle. You may add about 3-4 lbs of lean muscle over 6-8 weeks. I did the first time I ran it. It's a good product. Like I say, the first time I used it was for a "recomp." I lost a bit of fat and gained a bit of muscle without changing my diet or training- mostly to test it out. I was happy with my results- subtle but quality.

It's not going to hurt you to run your gh 5 on 2 off if you prefer. Some say that's better because it kind of makes your body adjust- there's a whole line of thinking where gh, peptides etc. have to be changed up often to keep seeing results from them- varying schemes to keep things fresh. But, others say that's bull. Who know's who is right. I don't think it'll make much difference either way. Run it 5 or run it 7. Either way you'll get results, maybe a bit better 7 days per week. Exogenous GH is suppressive though in the long run- (though it's fairly easy to recover from). Don't let anyone kid you. You'll see a lot less natural repression using gh peptides (plus you'll see many of the benefits), but it'd be even better running both imo. Check out some of my other posts or pm me if you want to get into specifics about this.

Good luck! Even as you have it originally planned, with no added little tweaks, you are going to be happy with your results I think.
 
Thanks 4T, I knew I would hear from you. I have been reading a lot of your posts on GH and learned a great deal from what you have here on EF.

There are a couple of other usual suspects, with great knowledge on GH, SARMS, or both- who I look forward to hearing from.

I realize I do not have a whole lot of questions here and whatt I am asking about is pretty basic. And, for the most part, the responses so far have pretty much answered my questions. However, it is always great to hear all the experts, mentors, and all around good bros opinions. So keep it coming.

Thanks jacshelb I will pm you about more specifics. I am curious about the suppression and therefore recovery from exogenous GH. I will likely keep as is for now, unless I get someone saying it really isn't going to do much. However, I am curious about what you have to say on other peptides in addition, so I will pm.

I don't believe in the suppression hype. Well it hasn't suppressed me, when i come off my levels return to normal.
You should always get blood work done before messing with hormones so you will know what your normal is. Tough trying to remember how you used to feel when it was 3-6 months ago.

Yup, that is a def on the blood work. I need to know what is going on in my body.

4T,Earlier you said go 7 days with no break.

How do you feel about me going 5 and 2 to save a couple bucks?
-Is it worth the money I will save?
-Is there any negatives to taking 2 off?

Ok so I think 4 iu's 5 on 2 off for money savings (unless someone says 7 days will have a greater benefit). Since I already have plenty of S4, I will go with 50 ed.

Any big benefit to bump up to 5 iu's of GH?
