I am thinking of taking :
HGH 3iu's 5 on 2 off
SARMS s4 50mg ed
Clen with Ketotifen 40 mcg 2x ed/2mg ed
My goals are to shed some fat in favor of lean muscle, put on some muscle but not a lot of bulk (I want to stay lighter for endurance sports) and to heal quickly from injury and workouts.
I am 35 6'2" 195lbs and 15%bf.
I do not want to put on too much weight as endurance sports are my main focus.
My diet gets jacked up in the summer due to my job. In the summer I just throw down as many calories as possible and I still lose weight, but my bf seems to increase.
However, now that fall/winter is here I can get back to training and eating right.
Breakfast is either a 3 egg veggie scramble (usually spinach, peppers, garlic and a little feta) or oats with berries and yogurt. I will also have 12 onces of 100% juice and coffee. This is all preceeded by 40 ounces of water.
Snack is usually nuts or hummus on veggie or a couple of spoons of natural PB with honey throughout the day.
lunch is usually a sandwich with meat and veg with cheese and mustard.
Dinner will be either chicken, steak or fish with a giant salad (olive oil and Balsamic vinigar dressing)and/or grilled veggies. Sometimes I throw in some rice/potatoes/couscous.
All through the day I whack back tons of H2O.
I run 1 hour to 2 hours 5 days a week
I swim 30 min to 1 hour 5 days
I lift 4 days a week
I commute by bike and I ski my face off when the snow flies.
Not looking to get huge. Mostly shed extra fat, continue to improve cardio, and heal FAST.
I may look at doing a future cycle with test, var, primo and t-bol (or something like that), but this is not imprtant right now.
Any thoughts on HGH with SARMS S4?
I have used S4 before and liked the results quite a bit. I shed some bf, but put it back on this summer due to poor diet (again due to the job). I really liked the definition I gained while using S4. I LOVED that all the body aches and pains from past injuries disappeared while on S4.
As far as the Clen goes, I was hoping for a quick boost in fat loss and it seems it may help my cardio as well. I read that the Ketotifen will "clean" the beta 2 receptors allowing me to stay on clen longer while making the clen more effective even at lower dose.
I am not planning on staying on clen indefinately- still the recommended 2 on 2 off. I will just add Ketotifen to be on the safe side.
Thoughts?
Bring it on. I am still reading and learning so the more info the better. I only started researching this in March. I have not yet cycled, but I am learning a ton here at EF. I appreciate how informative everyone is. Thanks in advance.
