hi everyone. I'm not really back, just stopped in to say hi.

got some good news today so i'm feeling it. :)

Hope all my buds are doing well!
 
Now all we need is to get HR back and we have ourselves a senior group ;-)

lol... i love you guys. Everything is good- at a great job, kids are both good (and taller than me). gained some weight and then lost it. started running. Not lifting right now but i'm visiting some gyms in the area this weekend. THe one I'll probably join is near my house, but all my son's friends go there. could be good- i'll always have a spotter. :)

also, smurf's baby is super cute. her dad and I are tight. lol
