Slowly gaining my mass and weight. I am at 175 from 165. Couple months into this. Goal is 200. I feel I can reach this come next xmas time. Honeslty my intensity and dieting have been of the average performance. I know I can reach 200 with dedication. There was a previous thread on this, but gaining 25 lbs of as much LBM as possible over the course of this upcoming yr a healthy idea? I mean im going to shoot for it, but, opinions? I am looking at a weekly breakdown of .5lbs gain per week to accomplish this goal.

25lbs. (assuming naturally) is awesome, if you can pull it off. In a years time is perfect, it's a good set up over a nice prolonged period of time.
