hey guys im 510 175lbs 10% body fat and i was wondering what kinda diet i shoudl go on to drop down to 7-8% body fat, ima start doin cardio in the morning on empty stomache.

Basically, hit every muscle 2 times per week. One time with high reps, one time with high intensity and low reps. Carb deplete during the high reps, and replenish your muscle glycogen while doing higher intensity.
I have not tried this exact diet, but I have experimented with carb cycling and doing high reps and low reps in an alternating fashion. Right now, I am somewhat out of commission from recovery (surgery) and will start cutting again in another few weeks... want to preserve my muscle and save it from the cortisol they pumped into me at the hospital!!!!
