Hows it going? I need some info and help from anyone and everyone out there.

Most of my life i've been picking up weights and tonking myself out, but every now and then I stop for a month or two. Now I want to do it properly, I really just need to get a lean body. I haven't picked up or touched any weights for the past 3-4 months and i've gotten sort of boney, and very flabby around the stomach. Also I am a smoker looking to give up as soon as I get started again.

What types of food should I eat, when should I eat them and how often should I eat it.

What workouts should I be doing to get a very defined muscle under the shoulders (wings) and on the chest ?

Also what gear can I get to help out?

What keeps you going to the gym? Is it normal to be abit scared of what other people might say to you in the gym? I have this fear where I go to the gym but I'm not even sure if I'm doing it properly.

I don't know what you mean by "what outher people might say" but if someone is trying to be nice and give advice (which is generally bad advice from the average douche bag in the local gym) then just try and politely tell them to leave you be and thank them for wanting to help. On the outher hand if some ass clown is trying to flex his pecs and talk shit to you then Pick up a 45 plate smash him with it so that he does a backflip and lands in the squat rack, then throw an ez curl bar on his lap, then tell the powerlifters and they will come and beat him up for doing curls in the squat rack. :)
 
buddy this isn't how the board works. you have to read around a bit, gather knowledge, and then ask informed questions

not just "give me everything I need on a silver platter" style

Check the training board and the diet board, and look at the pinned posts on each. Many of those posts will contain links to other websites that may be helpful. read those too!

Then come back and ask better questions.
