Hey Someone Help me please!!

Ok sorry for my language first of all cause, I'm french...

Well I'm 18years old I've been doing bodybuilding for 1 years and half when I started i was 5'10/149lbs and now today... I'm 5'10/170lbs

I'm using M1t/Creatine But I don't feel that's stuff..

I was looking to buy some Injectable/Oral Anabolics Steroids From some Guy at the gym I know, But I was wondering which steroids I should do for and I want the best Steroids for bodybuilding(GET HUGE) And the price and stuff if anyone Can help me It would be really really Appreciated

As to what you should use, hang around for a while, read some threads, and do some reading. There's a lot of information out there.

You should wait but most importantly i say read the board for a month or so and do alot of research, than make your decision.

I think you should eat more and train on a 5x5 or DC program. Try to focus especially on your protein intake, and get to around 400-500 grams of protein a day. I'll bet if you eat right and train right you can get to 200lbs or more in 12-15 months without anabolics.
 
i agree with everyone here. stay natural and learn to eat good. goto the dieting forum here and read read read. up the protien. up the quality carbs. eat clean and eat lots and train like an animal. keep on the creatine and maybe hit some nitric oxide. if m1t is a prohormone get off the shit.
 
what is the Dc program well ill let u know my program what i do and if u want correct it or if you feel like telling me the best workout for bodybuilder let me know

For where you are in your training, how long you've been at it, and the amount of volume you are doing, I would go to a 5x5 and progress there, then do DC (DoggCrapp) training (intensemuscle is where you can read all about DC). The rest is eating, and you can read about that there too.

Head over to our (Elite's) Training Forum and read the Stickie about Training Programs for madcow's 5x5. You can go download an excel file and put in your weights to have a nice tailored workout that stresses progression of weight in compound lifts. Get stronger on your main compound lifts every week and you'll get bigger. Follow the madcow 5x5 to the letter until you stop gaining, then switch to DC.

And KEEP EATING!!!
 
Tehk, if that's all you do, you really need to up your volume (and food and sleep). You don't have to keep the same exercises and set/rep schemes every week, either. Don't be afraid to vary things around.
