Hey i need help with program

Now im doing the 5x5 but i was geting more gain by doing my old program
Should I stick with 5x5 or do this following

monday:chest/back
bench press
bench press inclined
Dips
Flyes
Deadlift
Row
Pulldown

tuesday:tris/bis
bb curl
preacher curl
hammer
db curl
Skullcrusher
pushdown
Tris extension

wednesday:legs/shoulder
Squat
Military
front raise
lateral raise
Shrugs

im doing all those thing 4*6 should I change or what help me out im confused atm every morning I woke up, I'm wondering what to do ... or tell me the best workout for mass/str About the 5x5 I don't like it cause there only lift there's is no biceps/triceps and stuff like it:frotn raise-flyes bla bla and kind of thing like

that's fine except I'd probably add a few more curls; you don't have enough of those in your program. Curls are the cornerstone of strength and mass, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise because they are mostly fat powerlifters that don't know shit.
