Hey, I just bought two bottles of Phera Plex now what?

well, you may have a very high metabolism.

what is your total calorie and protein intake daily?

also, I notice you do almost entirely "small" exercises, i.e. laterals, wrist curls, only 2 sets for your lats, the largest muscle group of the upper body, nothing for your chest, the 2nd largest muscle group in your body, etc.

Maybe get a serious weight training protocol going and post up your actual exact diet?
 
I do work the lats and chest each time i go to the gym. The workout I listed are the things that I hit on this training cycle. I tend to concentrate on certain exercises for 6 - 8 weeks before switching my routine and hitting other muscle groups. My last routine included dumbbell bench press, dumbbell flyes, bench press and incline bench press. This was my first time using a prohormone and I wanted to see what it could do for me. When I start my Superdrol cycle my plan is to use this work out, seated rows, squats, incline bench press, lat, preacher curl, dead lifts, standing row, barbell curls and I am sure to add additional exercises. I never said that PP sucked. I said it didn't really work for me. I even thought about stacking it with my Superdrol cycle as I have read that others do. (Since I have plenty of both) My calorie intake was 3500 - 4000+ daily and my protein intake was a minimum of 350 daily. When I do my Superdrol I will keep a daily log of what I eat and how much.
 
What I believe might have happened is this, while on PP I was always hot, and others around me told me that I looked hot/warm, etc. It felt like a minor fever. I drank a lot of water during this time. I am wondering if the increase in body temp reduced the effects of eating and PP???? Just a thought.
 
I dont see how you didnt gain anything, just off the diet..If you are eating as much as you say you were you should have gained something...Maybe next time cut out the swimming that burns a lot of cals...If you were going for bulk I would not have been swimming
