Hey, I just bought two bottles of Phera Plex now what?

That would be fine. Now if you are taking more than one pill take one with a morning meal and space the rest out in even amounts.
 
This is day 19 of my PP cycle. I have taken two tabs a day for the first 14 days and then increased to three tabs a day. I am drinking 5-6 protein shakes a day. The average shake contains 20 grams of protein. I am eating all day long. I eat eggs, liver, chicken, beef, fish, fruit and veggies. I am also drinking a lot of water. I haven't really noticed any gains thus far. I do see subtle changes in my body. But that may be from working out and the increases in my diet. I go to the gym three days a week, plus I swim at the pool once a week and do a work out at home once a week. My work out at the gym consist of:

3 sets of Good Mornings Mon - Thurs - Sat
2 - 4 sets of squats M - T - S
2 sets of barbell curls M - T - S
2 sets of preacher curls T
2 sets of wrist curls T
2 sets of dumb bell lateral raises T
1 set shoulder shrugs M
2 sets of upright rows M - T - S
2 sets of Lat exercises M

As I enter my 4th and final week of PP I have to say that I am disappointed thus far. But maybe things will change this week. :)
 
Well your diet and routine are solid. What is your weight? I am 190 and for me I like 3/3/4/4 for a 4 week dosage.
 
I am 44 years old, I weigh 187. My weight has not gone up which is surprising since all I do is eat. If anything I am leaner looking than before I started the PP cycle. I'm not sure but I believe the fat around my belly is less now. I was hoping the PP might help me to become leaner while building clean muscle. I started four tabs a day today. I am thinking about going an extra week on Phera Plex just to see if anything happens. Weeks four and five on 4 tabs a day. The only sides I've noticed are lethargy that lasted about a week, a slight tingling in my testicles, and I've had a couple of outbursts which have gotten better as my system has adjusted to the dosages, I also seem to be hot a lot. I figure the rise in my body temp is helping me to burn off any extra fat. I was hoping to gain 5 - 8 pounds of lean muscle.
 
I stopped my PP cycle on day 25 of a planned 28 day run. I would love to give PP high marks for building muscle. But that would be untrue. If anything I look harder than before. But there's been no significant weight or muscle gain. I'm not sure if the hardness is from PP or from my increased work out routine. I ate so much food, drank a ton of protein drinks and worked my ass off. It's kind of a miracle that I didn't gain weight because I ate a lot of food. There were meals when I literally had to force myself to eat. Hard to imagine it, but you do get sick of food. I also drank a lot of water. I am now considering Superdrol. I may start a cycle with it after my PCT is over. I found that I didn't need the Nolva. But I am saving it for my Superdol should I go that route. One good thing did happen PP motivated me to go that extra mile in the gym. I would not try PP again.

see, the thing is, when people say "this workout/supplement/product sucks, I gained no weight yet ate like a horse", I have to ask "how much did you actually eat"?

if you eat supercalorically, you will gain weight, period. You don't need to workout, you don't need to lift weights, you don't need to do anything, but the fact is, if you gain "zero pounds in 8 weeks" or whatever, that means you ate to supplement your metabolic rate only, and did not eat enough.

I'm not saying you didn't eat a lot of food, what I'm saying is that, purely by the numbers, you did not eat enough. Perhaps the PP had an affect of increasing your metabolic rate? Did you notice an increase in strength?

Not picking on you, just curious. I have 2 bottles of PP now, and will probably pick up a 3rd to make sure I am dosing high enough. I haven't used the product, so I'm not trying to "sharpshoot" you or anything, but the fact is that NOTHING will make you gain solid bodyweight unless you eat more calories than you burn.
 
I agree with everything you wrote about eating more calories than you burn. I ate six or seven times a day and drank Muscle Milk protein shakes between meals. I honestly got sick of eating. What I learned is that my metabolism is very high and I probably need to either stuff myself more or do less working out. The PP I was taking did make me feel stronger in the gym. This was my first time using a prohormone so I am hoping to have better results with Superdrol. I'll probably start a Superdrol cycle in May. Right now I am still doing my PCT from the Phera Plex. PP did shut my tests levels down though. I am using the PCT from Anabolic, Retain and now Nolva. I didn't gain any weight but my body changed while using PP. The changes are subtle but still evident. I see muscle growth in my shoulders, back, and upper chest. I've decided to add Cytogainer to my Superdrol cycle. Cytogainer has a lot of calories and other good things so maybe that will make the difference. If anyone else has any other good advice I am always open to new ideas.
