M MattTheSkywalker Elite Mentor Platinum May 24, 2001 #2 Shags, Include hills. Forwards and backwards. You'll be amazed at what this will do to your quads, hamstrings, and calves. The first few times you will feel a soreness that I am sure you have not felt in a while. After that, flat ground will seem like downhill and you will fly on it. Good luck.
