Well guys i need to ask yall a favor, i am about to start a sostenon cycle, and i wanna know, if i should take it before or after exersise. I have this doubt and i have been looking all over the net for the answer and i have finally decided to ask for ya'lls expert help. Thanx
 
Nelson Montana I think you should take it after you know a little more about it.

See Nelson, here is another point that we agree on. Sus is a test containing four esters of various duration, in simple terms it doesn't matter when you take it. Just take durning a month that you plan working out and eating right.:)

Dude montana u have to be a jerk?, i have researched on this steroid for 7 months now and even took sample blood levels and got myself checked very well before ui planned this, just had one doubt cause i have read stuff that clashed i when to take it. but u had to be a jerk and tell me i don't know about it......F.......U:mad:

you have NO idea who you're dealing with.

just outta curiosity, what the fuck does getting your blood checked have anything to do with doing proper reserach on sustanon???

let me ask you this Mr. know it all then...

what sustanon's half life?
what are the pros and cons of frontloading sustanon?

oh wait.. i forgot...

ask your doctor this stuff. i'm sure he'll have all the answers.

and while you're at it, ask him about fina.:p
 
Doesn't really matter when u take it, cause it stays in your system so long. However, taking it before you workout would probably be beneficial as the the proprionate esther starts to kick in about 3hrs after administration, which may give you added physiological drive for your workout.
