This is something I'll be implementing for the next year or so, it's an awesome plan. You take 4 wks straight and EAT. You limit your gym time to 2-3x/wk max as well. Just eat, Whoppers w/ fries, pizza, whatever, all bets are off during this time frame. I mean, eat 80% good, but a cheat meal/day is fine, you need the calories. Once the 4 wks is up, you increase your gym time to 4-5x/wk, do your cardio 2-3x/wk and limit your cheat meals to 2-3x/wk, also working your abs eo day. All your trying to do is lean out the gains from the previous 4 wks. So within the first 4 wks you may be up 15 lbs, then after the next 4 wks you may lose 8 of that 15 lbs, but up 7 lbs from the start of it. But, hopefully under this plan 5 lbs of that 7 lbs are real tissue gains. Then repeat the process. I'm almost just as strong now w/out anything as I was running Anadrol 50. Trying to stay off anabolics at least until the end of this yr, I seriously need a break. But I will run some insulin along w/ small amounts of clen during my 4 wks of lean out during the program. This is something I've come up w/ recently and I feel that you can get HUGE even w/out any gear. For one, your body will not get as used to either eating large or dieting, because your switching back and forth for small periods of time.

i read something similar a couple years back about alternating weeks of cut and bulk. and it had the same principles how your body doesnt have time to adapt to the cutting or bulking diet so it shocks it each time or something.

anyway, let us know how it works out, sounds interesting

I don't understand. Why would working out the abs eo day be beneficial only during the cutting part?

Yea it sounds good and it may even work. but to get muscle you would have to work during the eating phase a lil more often. More than 7bs of that will be fat I can promise you. You may get 2-3 pounds eating and working out that little on this plan.

but I am would like to see who it works. Can you post up some pics so we can see. if it works for ya it would be awesome. I love whoppers and fries

why would you eat like a mad man while cutting back on your exercises, then workout hard and eat less? you have the shit backwards..your diet is perfect for someone who wants to get exhausted and lose muscle... lean mass is gained by working out hard and getting maintence or slighty above maintance calories using mostly protein calories.. if you already have muscle, just adjust your diet to mostly protein, and do a morning carb load or every other day carb load..how you going to gain muscle by working out 2x's a week? while eating like a fat bastard? your just going to get fat with no muscle gain..

rules:
work out hard eat 1000cals over maintance... to guarentee maximum muscle growth within the loading peroid..
Look up John Berdini 28day diet deload. bascially do 10cals per lb of body weight.. most people do 14cals per lb of body weight for maintance.. 16-18 for growth.. by getting only 10cals per lb of body weightr your will lose up to 1% body fat per week..every 14days you do a load phase were you eat liek a made man taking in 5000-7000 cals....in 4 weeks you will be down 4% bf.. so if your 14% now your be 10% or if your 11% youll be 7 or 8 %..

Do you think it will rid the small amount of bloat around my belly in my avatar? lol

I may have to try that. Sounds good.

Arm chair theorizer bullshit, plain and simple. So pro bodybuilders are eating 8-10,000 cals/day during an off season because why? dont think anybody's BMR is burning more than 3-4,000 cals/day, especially as we get older. Geez, wonder why these guys are eating so much more then?

ok, now here are my "rules". Your body needs calories to grow, calories come before protien. The more I eat, the stronger I get in the gym. Go out and eat a big Mac or two, see for yourself. If you think the seriously big guys are getting that size off just chicken and rice you couldn't be more wrong. I'm not saying you wont gain some fat from this, your def. right about that. But lets worry about that come cutting time. What this is for, is to make real gains in the gym as well as size, then utilize a 4 wk phase to cut down a little and lose SOME of the fat. Not trying to get 5-6% bf back in 4 wks or anything. I think you may have misunderstood what I was trying to accomplish from this.

that's all good assuming that in the first phase you are lifting heavy on those 2-3 days.
