..just introducing myself....im about 6'1" and weight around 170 lbs.....ive been weightlifting off and on for about 2 years now and i am currently finishing week 3 of the 5x5 program, so i should be finishing the whole program around the end of May.... this summer, however, i will be working an 80 hr/wk job for 12 weeks (those internships
)....anyway, what kind of excercises should i be doing over those 12 wks, given i will only have about 30 mins a day to workout and i wont have access to a gym
....any suggestions to continue to bulk, or atleast maintain would be helpful...thanks!
