Hey Everyone...

..just introducing myself....im about 6'1" and weight around 170 lbs.....ive been weightlifting off and on for about 2 years now and i am currently finishing week 3 of the 5x5 program, so i should be finishing the whole program around the end of May.... this summer, however, i will be working an 80 hr/wk job for 12 weeks (those internships :P)....anyway, what kind of excercises should i be doing over those 12 wks, given i will only have about 30 mins a day to workout and i wont have access to a gym :(....any suggestions to continue to bulk, or atleast maintain would be helpful...thanks!
 
Get yourself a fitball and a copy of Core Performance by Mark Verstegen. If you can't be bothered with the fitball then just settle for the book.
 
My wife is doing that Core Performance and likes it pretty well.

If you have no access to weights, you may also want to try 'The Naked Warrior' by Pavel - it's bodyweight only with things like one arm pushups and one legged squats.

I have the book but haven't tried any of it. I do know that I tried to do a 'pistol' at the gym one day and didn't even get close.
