bro we just piced up a 1968 nova with a 540c.i. with a 1350 dominator. car does quater in 8.6 @ 160mph and eighth in 5.27 @ 123mph. when i get some pics i will send them to you to see.

a friend of mine drives a 69 Nova SS with a blower. It is street leagl, but never races it. Nova's are a gorgeous car if its restored properly

I've got a 76... brand new (only about 1k miles on it, installed last october) Gm Goodwrench 350ci v8... Rebuilt tranny, with a B&M shift kit, only about 2k miles on it... Edelbrock Performer Intake and carb (650cfm), just put on some KYB performance shocks, got some Headers, and waiting for my dual exhuast to come outa backorder.. next up is cam with a little rise, interior and exterior work.. I bought the car, running with a 305 and a 2bbl carb for 400 bucks.. have put much time and money into it.. but its a damn nice car.. not hard to smoke the tires, good street.. not even close to drag material though...

why not bracket race it? do they have bracket racing there? aslong as your car is consistant your set,Ive watched top fuelers go against a saturn and the saturn won because the top fueler beat the time it set earlier and and saturn took the weekend running 17's in the 1/4

this is so true.......i may run 8.6 seconds and you may run 13.0 in a quater and you may still win!!! bracket racing makes a big difference and doesnt matter what you drive.

hey man.. where are you from again? I am still working on my race car. It is almost done. Last night I bought a Mooneyham 8-71 roots style blower for the 468 I got in it now. The blower has 2 dominators on top that feed alchohol.

I am still wondering what a blown and alchohol injected big block, tube chassis Vega will run>??? I know it will be pretty fast. I still need to get pics out of mine. I will make sure to send some.


(for the record.. 68-69 Novas are my favorite cars)
