Those issues have been resolved, you have to clear your cookies as the admins changed the board around a bit this weekend. You should have no problems once you clear your cookies and go to this location: http://www.anabolicboard.com/yabbse/index.php

Not quite sure what the problem is Rocket.
I assume you are in your internet options clearing your temp files correct?
Try this in internet options......
First, hit the 'delete files' button, and check the delete offline content too. Then next to the delete files button, there is a button that says "settings". Click on that, then click on the 'view files' button on the next screen. Then go to the edit menu, and click 'select all'. Then hit delete in the file menu.
Then clear your history. IF you are using aol, go to preferences and clear your history there as well.
