no surprise.........politicians are politicians no matter what side they're on. Some of em probably got promised some campaign money or some sort of kick back...............so they took it off. It's their bargaining chip right now.............all these reforms they promised are just farts in the wind to stir up some angst and get some of that seed money flowing their way...........business as usual. Unfortunately this is something only another civil war will fix. No kidding on this one............too many entrenched people with money, and money rules everything. So those people are going no where unless they're staring at the business end of a rifle.............hate to break it to y'all. But everyone who's caught up in "red state/blue state" is playing along like a good little monkey.

the thing that frost's my ass is that they've been so critical of the current administration for not doing enough for the environment and to reduce our dependence on foreign energy, yet the first opportunity that they have to make a REAL difference, it's business as usual. . .all show and no go. . .fucking hypocrites!!!

You mean the current Administration impressed you with their history of lying, fabricating, kicked out members, mass losses of competent personnel, indicted members, and general overall complete failure at anything remotely honest? If that impresses you, the Bushie and company sure did bring that.

Don't worry, these past few months has mostly been spent untangling the lies of the current - but on it's way out - party.
