Herniated Disk Midway Through Cycle

I am in week 4 of 100mg tren ace + 140mg test prop EOD and over the weekend I hurt my back and my doc says I have herniated a disk. I am thinking of going straight back to TRT to save the remainder of my cycle. Any opinions?

Thats the best thing you can do. Did the Doc say if surgery is required later on?

have u started PT? Did you know about 40% of the population is walking around with some degree of herniation and symptom free? Its true. This means you may be able to rehab yourself and avoid surgery. One good position I am certain will bring you relief is being on your stomach, up on your elbows. Do that for a solid 30 minute sitcom in the evening or twice a day if you can manage it, and it will help suck the disk back into proper position.

I herniated my S1/L5 disc back in 2005, I avoided surgery but I did go thru some different types of therapy including 3 epidurals (you get put under and they shoot cortisone directly into your spinal fluid where the herniated disc is). If you can avoid surgery do so at all costs, most of the time you end up worse off later on in life if you go thru surgery. I know it seems like a quick fix, which it kind of is, but long term its not the best way to go. One of the therapies I did was a machine called the DRX 9000 Spinal Decompression Technology. MRI shows no herniation. I have some degredation in one of my disks, but I am going to take it easy on my back and stick out the rest of my cycle. Pain is already getting much better. I have been out of the gym for a week and I'm starting back tomorrow. I'm going to avoid anything that puts heavy pressure on my lower spine for a few weeks and see how it goes. If its too bad, I'm going to stop the cycle and go immediately back to TRT.
