Hello all, just scouting for advice on a problem i have.
During my first cycle (bulking) i went balls to the wall on most core lifts like squats and deadlifts while making great progress i also developed an hernia whilst doing this.
Its now about 10 weeks post cycle and the hernia still 'pops out' now and again if thats the correct term. Ive found that this only happens when training abs directly so i have been avoiding that for the time being.
However i am planning a cutting cycle very soon and will need to be training abs directly to get the most out of it, so i dont know whether to get this seen to asap or carry on as im doing now (not training abs directly) The concerning thing ive heard about hernia ops is the recovery takes many weeks in which i will most likely lose a shit load of size and strength. Does anyone know what can happen with the hernia over time if its not fixed?
Sorry for going on, thanks.
