Hello Orbs and Orbettes.
I have been considering this next cycle. But, first here are my stats!
age-25
weight- 250
height- 6'2''
bf %- 18ish ( guess, but I will get tested soon)
training- 12-13 years. Been off and on for 2 years.
Diet- egg and oatmeal for meal 1
meals 2-6 are chicken and greens ( baby spinach) .cheat meal on saturday.
I have been very very consistant the past 3 weeks with doing cardio in the AM before 1st meal and training in the evening with some more cardio.
I will get down to single digits before starting this cycle which will put me around 200lbs at 6-7 %. that's about 35lbs of pure fat to lose! bring it!
Goal is to add 10 lbs of pure lean muscle. at that bf it will be noticable. My goals have changed from a few years ago as before I would want to gain 30 lbs every cycle, lol.
I want to be huge, but at the same time I want to be healthy.
Cycle Numero 2
1-12 - 500 mgs of test enanthate EW
proviron -50mgd ed.
PCT- sustain alpha, POST CYCLE, a-dex, hcg.
I started PCT 1 week after my last shot- clomid, nolva and hcg and it worked great imo.
Is a week after last shot a good time to start pct with these products? (sustain and post cycle)
I will be starting this cycle once I get down to my goal weight and stay there for about a month. So a good guestimate will be September.
That's it boys and girls! I was thinkg of adding tren or var the last 6 weeks, but why add stuff when 1 compound will do it.
It's been 3 years since my last cycle so I will grow nicely on this.
