I'm new to this board, but can bring a huge amount of experience with me in terms of diet, bodybuilding, AAS, and PCT. First, post your stats on the Diet Baord on this site and you will get a good responce.
Do not start juicing until you have at least a year of solid training under your belt naturally and have a good knowledge of your diet (Juice is a help, not a short-cut answer)
Be fair to yourself and realise that it'll take a good 6 months to see your best results, but they will come. You'll see improvements every day but. Some guy who hasn't seen you in 7 weeks will say "Fuck me, your looking good" and that is the best motivation ever. Concentrate on weight loss first. Don't waste your time getting worked over "getting Ribbed", just get your weight down to what you think is an acceptable level and one that makes you happy. (Again, be fair on yourself here)
Only train for about an hour. After that your burning muscle. Don't mix cardio and weights. Train maybe cardio 3 nights per week for 30 minutes each tops. Do light weights at high reps on the other two days and look for a "Full Body Work-out" type program that is split over the two days of weight training.
Then re-assess your progress every 6-8 weeks and change what needs changing
