Here's the deal

I'm a 46 yr old male. 5'9 1/2 155 lbs. I have lost 35 pounds of belly fat over a period of 7 months. In the last two months I've gained back 8 lbs in muscle. I am working out hard, but is hard for me to gain. I want to try what ever it takes within reason. I'm posting this on this board for a reason. Not afraid of hard core training.
 
read the training board
read the diet / muscle food board

apply what youve learned for a few weeks and then judge your progress if you are determined you will be very happy..

go for it..

I have the proper diet and I think I have the proper workout. Mon (all push,Wed (all legs),Fri. (all pull), low reps, high wieght to failure. I'm new to enhancements and just looking for some suggestions

I'm new to this board, but can bring a huge amount of experience with me in terms of diet, bodybuilding, AAS, and PCT. First, post your stats on the Diet Baord on this site and you will get a good responce.

Do not start juicing until you have at least a year of solid training under your belt naturally and have a good knowledge of your diet (Juice is a help, not a short-cut answer)

Be fair to yourself and realise that it'll take a good 6 months to see your best results, but they will come. You'll see improvements every day but. Some guy who hasn't seen you in 7 weeks will say "Fuck me, your looking good" and that is the best motivation ever. Concentrate on weight loss first. Don't waste your time getting worked over "getting Ribbed", just get your weight down to what you think is an acceptable level and one that makes you happy. (Again, be fair on yourself here)

Only train for about an hour. After that your burning muscle. Don't mix cardio and weights. Train maybe cardio 3 nights per week for 30 minutes each tops. Do light weights at high reps on the other two days and look for a "Full Body Work-out" type program that is split over the two days of weight training.

Then re-assess your progress every 6-8 weeks and change what needs changing

Use this web-site to your advantage and make better use of the other boards.

I always thought that 5-7 years of Natural training was needed to reach your genetic limitation. I wouldn't advice anybody to cycle unless they have been training consistently natural for a 4 year minimum.

Yes, you are correct. 5 years would be right. However, I was looking at it in terms of benefitting from AAS in the sence that juicing up before having at least a years natural training under your belt is more or less a waste of time. Obviously the longer the better, but after a year would allow you to benefit to what would be considered a satisfactory level.

come on man, you and I know it was just BS, i was not THAT serious, of course I cant SPOT a fed... i'm looking out for everyone on here also... he had shady posts... end of story...

he is plat now... the admins and the mods are helping him... he may turn out to be a complete newbie... but there was a weird "tone" to the questions he was asking and how he was asking them.

if he wanted to keep his security & privacy sacred he should have not posted in that manner... but he could just be green, as I and everyone else once was...
