1200mg of nolva
30mg armidex

should i take the armidex after the winstrol unless symptoms show up, since winny has anti-e properties, or should i take it while on winstrol because its not that strong? I dont wanna take it when i see signs of gyno i just want to avoid it all even if it means reduced gains.

I would take it from the start for the reasons you want.

1200mg of nolva for pct? how are you using this?

take the winny weeks 3-10 instead. Dbol 1-3 if you want a kickstart.

im going to use 20mg for 5-6 weeks, just stating i have 1200mg of nolva on hand. maybe i need more, but i heard from many ppl that 20mg a day is plenty nolva.

is 30mg of armidex enough or should i get 60mg

I think you will be disappointed with your pct bro.

Oh, thought you had enough to run at 50 a day. I wouldnt waste the winny for those reasons. Its a great compound. Take full advantage of it. Run the winny at 40 a day for weeks 6-10 then. only take the armidex if you need it. or at most run at .5 e3d.

i do have enough to run 50mg a day, i have 2500mg of winny thats 50days at 50mg, i was talkin bout nolva at 20mg

I think he means you should run sustain and HCG, and a little bit of dex. not nolva.

Enanthate won't clear until week 12 in which you will think you are 2 weeks into PCT.. your boys will shut off.. not good. 500 instead of 250 would be much better btw but if you have to stick with 250

NO NO...dont use adex pct you need estrogen in your recovery...there is nothing wrong with useing nolva for pct...its been used the last5+ years on this board with most people having better results then using clomid

now we have sustain alpha to add in to your standard pct
example of a correct way to do pct

hcg 500iu eod for last 2-3 weeks **before** you start pct (NOT TO BE USED DURING LAST SHOT 3 DAYS BEFORE PCT STARTS)
nolva
60mgx7 DAYS
40mgx14 DAYS
sustain alpha recommended dose 4 weeks
hcg and nolva have been working for years, 20mg is to low of a dose for pct
