My Old Grump was an ocean lifeguard and competitive swimmer, then off to Vietnam... He remained as active as he could for as long as he could. Unfortunately he sustained some pretty bad injuries during his stint in the service. And now he is just plain OLD. Luckily he married a certified fitness professional with 20 years in the gym and a bit of experience helping people with all sorts of injuries, illnesses and disabilities... not to mention that I love him to death and want him with me for a very VERY long time. So I make sure that he takes good care of himself. Well I do the best I can without being TOO much of a harpy nag. LOL
