Here we go!!!!

Just had the worst chest workout. It was humid today plus I didn't eat breakfast and just went to the gym on empty stomach but after drinking alot of water and taking my glutamine, fat burners and some vitamin C. We'll see if this method works well for me in taking off extra fat while still get stronger. Glutamine before the workout should help with it's anti-catobolic effect. Started fat burners again yesterday. Just one dose a day pre-workout for now. Gonna eat clean again to build quality mass. Up to 224 today.

LOL I keep changing my mind. Im too fuckin hungry first thing in the morning. Trained triceps, delts and abs yesterday. Good workout. I may keep it like this for now. Chest one day and then the rest of the pushing muscles along with abs the next day.
 
Good workout just a bit ago. 24 hour gym hehehe.. Warmed up with squats from 135-225-315 to parallel. Then hit the leg press for 10 plates a side plus an extra 10 on each side. Hit it for 6. Dropped the weight by 1 - 45 pound plate a side and banged out 13 reps. Full range reps too. Getting strong again im happy. Although my abs are slowly disappearing. Oh well.... :p
 
Just took a few measurements and just for looking back purposes in the future I will post them. Neck is 17 inches. Wrist size is 7 inches. Forearms are 14 inches. Arms are 18 inches. Quads are 28 inches. Calves 17 1/2 inches. Waist is ??? hehehe. Chest is 48 inches. Shoulders all around 56 inches. Oh well measurements don't mean shit. Still gonna be nice to look back years from now. I like my size and proportions right now. My waist could use some work though since I've been bulking again. Now if I was only 6-7%bf too..... Oh well I will keep dreaming and working on it to eventually make that dream a reality in the years to come. ;) :p
 
Just got home. Spent the whole day with my girl then went out with my friends as well later on. I actually went to the gym at 1 in the morning. Girl went home. Then went out to eat with alot of my friends. Nothing much but it's a Monday anyway. Gonna go out this weekend. Friends wanna take me out.

Anyway Upping doseage of drugs to 500mg every 4 days. Roughly 900 plus mg a week. Still lower than 1 gram of steroid though hehehe. Didn't take my shot on Sat. and started yesterday with 500mg then every 4 days 500mg as of now. Liquidex dose wasn't taken for a few days since I didn't take my sus on Sat. Continuing again today. Still at 2mg eod. HCG therapty starts in a week a two in the middle of cycle. Pleased to report testicular size hasn't shrunk that much and once I use the HCG I should be good to go again. Another 10 more weeks of this long cycle.
 
Here I go again changing my mind. I have decided to stick with 750mg a week instead of upping it to 500mg every 4 days which comes out to about 900 plus. Not a big difference but I feel for my goals this dose is good enough. I am pleased with the overall results I have achieved so far and gains are not slowing down especially since I have stopped dieting and have been in mass building mode again. Calories are high and growth is coming along nicely. Going to split up the dose though throughout the week. 500mg on Monday and 250mg on Thursday instead of doing it all in one day. I doubt it will make a big difference taking advantage of the propionate ester but still just wanna see if it makes any difference at all. I did notice one effect and it was holding a little bit more water than usual a few days after my injection because of the prop buildup all at once.

Yeah bro for several weeks now in fact. It's not that I couldn't take it rather was it really worth it? Im 225 right now and I actually got my weight down to 214 in my carb depleted state though. Overall im pleased with my current bf%. Not 100% satisfied but im not competing in a bodybuilding contest anyway nor do I expect to see the clubs alot this summer since I have a girlfriend. Abs are visible still but mostly in the morning and still not perfect at that. lol ohhh well.. Im pretty content just wanna use the anabolics to gain as much as possible now while still not getting fat of course. The first half of my cycle I used it help maintain my lean mass while leaning out. Now im using it to help me gain as much as possible. Im gaining real well now since im on a "see food" diet. I eat a shitload and I don't get fat easy anyway.(thx genetics.) We'll see my priorities may change again and I may want to lean out some more. For now I just wanna gain some good mass and get stronger.

BTW - Fina will be run next year most likely but then again, plans may change as well. Moderation is key with me in this game bro. I plan to stick around for years to come. Shit I've been working out since I was 12 and never juiced until I was 20 so I know what slow and consistent gains over the years are all about. That's why im in no rush. Im pleased with where I am right now and I still have many years to try new things. Patience is the key to lasting in this game IMO. Good luck with your upcoming cycle. Keep a journal as well bro and take pics. I took some this week actually. I wish I would have taken some pre-dieting with my cycle and when I was 214. Oh well.... at least I finally took some.

Just shot up 5000iu's of HCG. Gonna shoot every 5 days for 3 - 5000iu shots. Wasted some of it though for my first shot since pin wasn't on tight enough :mad: and some leaked out while I was shooting up. Shot it intramuscularly. We'll see if this makes a difference in bringing up the :) :) . They have shrunk a bit. :( :( Anyway just scanned some of these pics.(Don't like how they came out!!!) Now I gotta figure out how to post them. :p
 
Alot of good feedback so far at the pics area. Im pleased but definately not satisfied. I think im going to continue gaining more mass still maybe for a few more weeks before I start dieting again.

Since im always groggy in the morning too im gonna start taking 1 md-6 and 1 dymetadrine extreme just once a day. On workout days it will be upped if taken with breakfast prior to workout or taken twice a day if working out later on. Standard pre-workout dose will be used as well.(2 dymetadrine extreme and 2 md-6)

Also going to lower my liquidex dose to 1mg eod and see how this does for me. If I notice im bulking too fast I will up it again. Im not dieting anyway so I will see how this goes.
 
Just did my second shot for the week. Was supposed to do it tommorow but wanted to demonstrate a pec shot for my friend. 1/2 cc each pec. ;)
