Currently doing sustanon at 750mg a week. Just did my fourth shot tonight actually as I do the whole 3cc's in one day. Yesterday added d-bol at 25mg ed. Liquidex is taken at 1 1/2cc eod.

Starting April bumping up the liquidex dose to 2mg eod.(Need the least amount of estrogen from the aromatizable drugs im takng) Also adding a little thermogenic mix. 2 dymetadrine extreme/2 xenadrine's/1 cup green tea twice a day and im good to go. Love this mix of liquidex and fat burners. Did in January actually and really felt it's effects. God only knows what I would have felt if I had followed Huck's current dosing method but was only trying it for an experiment anyway. See also "Started cutting as of today" thread. Ehhh that didn't last long did it. Hehehehe.

BTW, this cycle is a long one. 6 months long. Can't wait to kick in the fina and winny most likely in June. I know these would be better options to use during my cutting phase but im sure the liquidex and the thermogenics along with a better diet will help. Just weighed myself tonight. Currently 244 pounds at ??? bf. fairly high I would say but im not fat just bulky. Damn and I was just 226 a month ago or so. Oh well, that was right before I started this cycle and was also on a leaning out phase diet prior to cycle so with juice and extra calories now my body is in an anabolic overdriven state. ;) Can't wait. This is gonna be good.

Definately holding too much water, even with the liquidex in there. Lowering the d-bol dose to 15mg a day instead of the 25mg.(Hehehehe and I just started too.) The sus has definately kicked in BIG time. *Note to self. Even 1 1/2 cc is too much to inject into triceps. I remember when I did 3cc's in there all in one triceps 2 years ago. Damn that was the worst experience in my life. Anyway 2 more days and dieting time. Just bought my new supply of xenadrine and dymetadrine. Can't wait.

April 1. Going to the gym at 6:00 in the morning. Just popped a d-bol and took my dose of liquidex and in another 15 minutes gonna take my fat burning mix. Chest Shoulders and Tris today. Triceps are still sore from the injections but we'll see how everything goes.
 
Mike - you might see better results shooting the Sustanon at 1 cc EOD to tkake advantage of the Prop ester.

Cornholio - I know what you're saying about the prop ester. The way I see it though. "IF" it were only propionate I was injecting I would do it eod. Since im doing sus yeah it has prop in it as well but it also has medium and longer acting esters attached to it so by the time I have done several shots, it really won't make much difference as blood concentrations of the other esters have already peaked and are distributed evenly in the blood.

Pure - Hehehe sides??? Come on bro you know me personally, what sides??? Except for the sore tris of course which I might add are fine today. Just minimize the amount in a certain area. I thought my tri's could handle it but..... Oh well. Anyway, as for sides, look at me. 4 weeks in, just started d-bol recently and still no cosmetic sides like acne(hehe, im lucky) since that's what I think you might be getting at.

Willyumyum - 2mg eod it is. Hehehe I tend to follow my own way based on my reasoning and personal experience rather than just be listening to someone else's advice, although of course I do take into account what eachof you are saying but have already thought of what you guys are saying and im sticking to what works for me. Hey,never had a problem with it before so why change now? ;)

So anyway, great workout yesterday coming back from a little layoff dueto illness. Only thing is though I have niggling pains in my left shoulder. Hmmmm gonna wait a few days and see what happens. If it still persists, either deca or G.H. might be added. Most likely deca though as G.H. even at 450.00 for the serostim 18iu 7 vial kit is still quite expensive for only 1 kit.
 
Frontloaded 600mg deca today. (lol my unorganized stack.) Just for the shoulder. Hopefully it works out like it has for me in the past. Just got more liquidex in today.(Huck you tha man!!!) Thank God as I was running out.
 
Shoulder still hurts. Only been a short time though. Oh well to top it off I hurt my back today doing bent over rows. Didn't warm up the lower back as sufficiently as I had thought. :bawling: BTW- form is perfect that wasn't the case. Back is always arched making sure lower back is flexed. Dammit. So right now I have a shoulder problem and a lower back problem. Nothing serious though I know. It does bother me sitting here like this though a bit. 5 advils helps though. Had a light cheat meal tonight.

Also to note have been eating all solid foods and never felt better. Still take my glutamine though. I guess I am extremely sensitive to lactose(even the very very low lactose protein shakes.) Feel less bloated and everything. Even better since im dieting.

Lower back is much better. Thank God. Still sore but everything is getting better. Going back to gym tommorow. Been since Sat. :(
Shoulders are getting better too. I don't know if ut's healing just because I haven't been to the gym or because of the deca or both. Still, glad everything is good to go. ;)
 
Note to self. Bi shots never again. This is my second and last time. No more. Ohhh well. Anyway diet is going good and im leaning out faster than expected. Than again my diet is pretty much on the extreme side. Very harsh. I think im gonna have a little splurge day tommorow though to amp up my metabolism and help fill me out.
 
Cheated yesterday but didn't feel to good doing so. I guess my body has gotten used to plain food. Couldn't even finish all of it. Anyway was thinking of not taking any d-bol anymore but I decided to continue with it. Only took one yesterday though. :( Anyway back to 3 tommorow. Also purchased calcium tabs due to not taking any more milk products and bought lactaid in case I do have any milk products once in a while.

*note to self again, no more bi shots. All red and sore today even more. ONLY DID 1/2 CC!!!! Anyway I will stick with the pecs, delts, and tris still though. 1/2 cc for each and for each side. ;)
 
Felt real flat at the gym yesterday. :( Then again worked out really late but still. I think im gonna up calories and carbs just a bit. Doing it a little too extreme.
 
DIETING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! My body has actually gotten used to it but still. Just needed to vent. Damn im looking a hell of a lot better too. I will definately have a decent 6 pack by May 1. By my 21st B-day in June I will be good to go. Cesar, you and Ed said it couldn't be done. That it was too fast. Hehehehe watch my friend. You seen me just after 2 weeks of the diet and noticed a significant improvement. Give me til May and then June. ;) ;) ;) ;)
 
Woke up just about a half hour ago. Weighed myself at 225 pounds. Im looking a hell of alot leaner. I feel really good to. Thank God im fixing this bad sleeping pattern I have. Hopefully it stays good like this, especially now since it's warm and I want to be up for the sun and the beach. ;) Gotta train chest, tri's, delts and abs today. Going to incorporate moderate amounts of cardio starting next week. Im not very big on doing alot of cardio to get lean since I feel too much will take away from muscle.
 
Just had a great Fuckin workout. Chest, tris, and delts plus a little ab work. Shoulders were a little stiff at first but after several warm-up sets good to go. ;)
 
Ok looking real lean this morning. I love when I wake up and all the extra water is out of me. Hehehehe anyway im gonna lower my liquidex dose and see if it makes a difference. Im holding a lot less bodyfat at the moment from when I started and bf is a cause for more water retension and alot of the aromatization process occurs there so im thinking im alot leaner already so maybe I won't need as much. It will be healthier for my cholesterol as well to lower it. Well, we'll see. If I start holding more water than I would like though im definately gonna bump it up again. So for now I will do 1 1/2mg eod. Hehehehe 1/2mg less than I was taking. ;)
 
Weighed 226 this morning. Only 3 pounds up but still :confused: :confused: I mean I did eat a little more carbs than usual yesterday and had some chocolate chip cookies but when I went to bed and woke up I actually looked much leaner today but not much fuller. Don't understand why I weighed a few pounds more. Water retension or water cell voluminazation. <-- Wonder if I spelled that right? Anyway went back to regular liquidex dose. Hehehe not as lean as I want to be yet. Today im giving myself a break from anything thermogenic. That includes my supplements and even tea or diet soda which has caffeine in it. Want my receptors to have a little break at least (one day though don't know how mych difference that actually makes) and just want to unwind a bit. Leg day tommorow. Rest day all day today ;) :p

Overall pleased with the results so far. Much much leaner but not as muscularly full as I want to be. Eating normal non-bodybuilding style all day though. Mostly healthy but including some more non-standard fattening foods as well as well as just larger portions. One day im sure won't hurt me. May help my metabolism a bit even.
 
So I decided to have another cheat day. My weight is about 228 when I woke up this morning. (my scale sucks) God it's too early in the morning :p Today no thermogenics will also be taken. Tommorow back to regular eating plan and thermogenic use. Also giving myself the day off again. Tommorow when im all glycogen filled I should have a great leg workout.
 
*Never tan on an inconsistent basis and then go in for a while. Never happened to me before but it happened now. My upper chest is all peeling and it's fuckin nasty. Great!! no tank tops for this week. :(

*For some reason I weigh around 230 on the scale this morning but look a whole lot leaner but still not as full muscular wise. Going back on fat burners today but still gonna eat a normal diet. Still based around a bb diet but can have the "other" foods I want as well. Maybe I was doing it a bit drastic. I still have a good 5-6 weeks til summer.

*Another note as bulky as I was when I started the diet I should have started in March so I could have a more gradual approach into it. This I already know but can't seem to grasp. Next time though I will look back and read this and know that is seriously the best. Hopefully I will follow it the next time around.

*Good learning experience. One that I have written down so I will remember as I have never written anything down really in the past and been consistent with it.
 
One more thing. Haven't been consistent with glutamine intake. Going to start taking again. 1 teaspoon at every d-bol dose and 1 extra post workout. That should help with overall cell voluminization.
 
Ok I definately need to start doing more cardio. Ran up and down my stairs for cardio a little bit ago and I have to say my cardiovascular ability sucks. Not good. I need to start doing more for overall conditioning and just for being healthy. Damn my legs got so pumped though. Im gonna stop training legs consistently for a while. My legs are my easiest bodypart to build anyway. Need to concentrate on improving my conditioning. I know this will help in my bodybuilding goals anyway for improved recovery not just in between workouts but in between sets and exercises as well.

Current drug and supplement regimen.

750mg sus/week
15mg d-bol ed split in 3 doses
2mg liquidex eod
2 dymetadrine extreme and 2 xenadrine (2 doses)
15-20 grams glutamine ed split in 3-4 doses
1 multi vitamin-mineral supplement ed split in 2 doses
1000mg vitamin c ed split in 2 doses
400mg vitamin e ed one dose
100% calcium supplement one dose
2 magnesium/calcium supplement split in 2 doses
2 cups of tea ed (preferably green tea- high anti-oxidant)
 
Adding 50mg proviron today in 2 seperate doses. First time trying it. Hopefully the extra androgens will help in the overall burning of bodyfat and for increasing muscle hardness as well as for it's slight extra anti-aromatise effects. ;)

Diet will be more gradual. Still eating fairly normal (trying to build some LBM instead of just maintaining it at this point while still burning off excess bf) but making sure to cut out carbs and higher fatty foods as bedtime approaches.
 
Had a great back, biceps, forearms and abs workout today. Felt real strong and energetic the whole time. Also happy to report that about some new vascularity that has appeared on my arms. It's a big deal to me because im not naturally really vascular and especially when im all bulked up. Since im getting leaner now they are showing quite nicely. Hehehe. :p
 
It is mid-day and just weighed myself. 229 on the scale. Pretty good considering I have been eating normally. Want to get down to 210-215 after being all carbed up and filled out. ;)
 
Weighed in this morning at 225. Feel nice and tight today. Maybe it's the proviron. Who knows. Too early to tell maybe. ;) Ahhhh water weight. The constant fluctuations. Anyway back to full blown diet today. My metabolism is jacked up again. Tends to slow down a bit when dieting too long so this cycling of the diet seems to be working well for me.
 
Feel so nice and full and lean. Im pretty proud of myself at this point so far and I still have a while til summer. ;)

*Soy milk = good stuff for lactose intolerant Mike. hehehe. First time drinking it in my whole life too. ;)

Ask Cesar too. He's seen me. After the first 2 weeks even he was like "damn I notice a big difference already." Brings a tear to my eye.

Attention from girls are skyrocketting higher and higher. Oh well. Still with my girl though and she's hot and sweet at the same time. no complaints here. ;) ;) ;)
 
*Another thing to note is strength gains has stayed basically the same. Had I not dieted so drastically I might have added a good amount of strength and LBM as well but then again im sure I wouldn't have lost as much fat weight as I have already. Once im as lean as I want to be then I can start really adding extra QUALITY calories so I can really jack up the muscle and strength building potential of the steroids. For now I will be satisfied using them for the sole purpose of there anti-catabolic effects.
 
Going off d-bol just to see how my body reacts without it. Maybe that water retension that always seems to accumulate is a result from the d-bol. True I was only taking 15mg a day but still I feel I am very sensitive to it's effects both positive and maybe negative as well in terms of it's high estrogen conversion. Taking liquidex still but it may only be doing good enough for the test and I don't feel like bumping up the dose on that one. We'll see. So for now just 750mg test a week and 50mg proviron a day and 2mg liquidex eod. Chest, Triceps, and Delts today. ;)
 
Definately notice some bloat gone since the last dosing of the d-bol yesterday. Definately notice it im my face especially. Hmmm I was only taking 15mg a day. Shit then again I remember when I was taking 5 at first and I remember how my face puffed up so much even while taking my normal dose of liquidex. Must be real sensitive to it. I'll weigh myself tommorow morning and see if there is a significant difference in weight from the water.

Weighing in at 220 pounds today. ;) Upping the calories a bit today. Making some breakfast now. 5 whole eggs and cheese(with lactaid of course) with rice.

Did pec shots yesterday before bed. Feels more sore than usual today. Oh well no big deal.

Kind of tired. We'll see how the day goes and if I should train legs today or wait til tommorow. I hate working out when I feel drained. Especially when doing legs.

Just bought some MD-6 with the good ol' Yohimbine hcl in it. I need to see if it will really make that much difference especially on my lower pec area and rear side lower back. Last year I had no fat there whatsoever when taking adipokinetics. This year I will see if it really works.

Also purchased some Isopure. 100% whey isolate this shit better not give me any stomach pains or gas. Hopefully it won't. I need a high quality protein with no lactose and im not about to go the soy route even though I was thinking it after trying some. We'll see. Whole food by itself just isn't cutting it. Plus it's not convenient.

Gonna do some sprints/walking (interval training) today for legs. It's nice outside. Cool and light breeze so I'll be good to go.

All I have to say is sprints killed the fuck outta me. Good shit. Felt real good. I missed the feeling of running "all out" like i used to. It's been a while.

Had breaded chicken breasts with some rice instead. I'll try my Isopure first thing in the morning with my oatmeal. Please Protein Gods let there be no stomach aches.

No stomach aches!!! Isopure tastes soooo good too. Even in water. I just tried the chocolate and it tastes good as hell. I have tried the vanilla and strawberry as well when some friends let me try it and it was good too. Looks like it's back to protein shakes as well as whole food. Shit now why didn't I think of this sooner. Another plus is that it has 50% of daily vitamin and mineral requirements.
 
Ok something is up. Don't feel too good and just payed a little visit to the toilet. Hmmmmm im thinking it has to be the yohimbine now. Last year I remember I always had the shits too fron adipokinetics. It can't be from the Isopure. It's 100% lactose free. Has to be from that. I dunno. I'll see how I feel tommorow again. Might just be a bad day. Even if that is the case though I guess im just gonna have to endure it like I did last year. I need those stubborn areas to go and last year adipo worked like a charm. Maybe I should try yohimburn. Im thinking it's not going through my digestive system so I shouldn't have a problem stomach ache-wise if it even is the yohimbine causing it. We'll see again tommorow. Fuck I feel like shit and I feel like shitting again!!! This fuckin sucks!! :mad:
 
220 still this morning. Hmmm guess my body is getting adapted to the dieting and thermogenics. Just added the green tea again. Wasn't taking it consistently but now im going to every day 2 times a day after reading about it's powerful fat burning effects. I mean I read before it was good but after really looking into it I found it to be more useful than I had thought. We'll see. I have to admit though I have not been doing cardio. That's right. Well actually I think I did a session or 2 since starting my diet. Yeah I did but for 20 minutes only. I've gotten really lean in the past with and without it. I hate doing cardio for getting lean. Thing I noticed though is when I really get into it I usually sacrafice some leg mass which I don't want to do. I dunno, we'll see how everything goes.

Going to change up my split as well.

Day 1 - Chest, Back (alternating bodyparts after each exercise)

Day 2 - Legs

Day 3 - Arms, Shoulders (arms alternating as well)

Day 4 - Abs, cardio

*Rest days added whenever felt needed.
*May or may not be on consecuive days depending on how I feel.

Yeah stomach felt ok today. It's not the yohimbine it's from the shakes still. Today even though my stomach felt fine I still felt like shitting more than I usually do. Hehehe it's just from the fast digestion of the protein and since it's liquid it goes through my system much faster as well. So everything is ok. Maybe if I had solid food as my first meal that would help. But I need the quick absorbing protein in my system. Didn't have that before so my body was without protein for hours since I don't eat for several hours before sleep as well. Oh well we'll see.
 
Dammit just had a Cigarrete!! Stressed out from personal shit and this dieting doesn't help. I dunno. It's only one I guess. Haven't smoked in a while though. Don't even know why I posted this. :p
 
Fuck still can't go to sleep!!! Just when my sleeping pattern was all fixed too. Im gonna end up waking tommorow in the afternoon I know it. I miss having a steady job Personal Training at Bally's. That always kept my sleeping pattern in order. Hmmm gotta go job hunting. Maybe New York Sports Club. This independant shit just isn't cuttin it. :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
Slept good last night. Thank God I finally Slept. Fuck woke up in the afternoon though. Today starts the chest and back day. We'll see how that goes. Hope this new split works well for me. LOL I actually have a cardio and ab day for one workout. Can you say, BORRRRRRIIINNNNGGGGG!!!! On the plus side I weighed myself again. Being on this what feels like a concentration camp fuckin diet I lose weight really fast. 218 when I just weighed myself. This can't be good. Im under 220 for the first time in hmmmm since last september maybe. BUT...... I CAN SEE MY ABS AND OBLIQUES. ALL 6 OF EM TOO!!!! Best times I see them are still in the morning though after i've lost all the water overnight. Still during the day they show although not perfectly chiseled yet I am pleased with the results that I have obtained. Especially in this short time span. Summer is just around the corner. Can't wait for the beach baby!!!! :supercool
 
Hmmmm tough workout today. Chest and Back may be too much. We'll see again next time though. Still got a great overall pump. Deadlifted today as well. Haven't in a long time, Did it in the middle of my workout. 405 for 5 was the max set. Back felt like it was rounding though on the 4th and 5th rep. I gotta start deadlifting again. Still though pretty good in my carb depleted state and considering I haven't done it in a while. Used wrist straps but no belt or knee wraps. Don't believe in em.
 
Damn I feel fuckin good!! Abs and obliques all in!! I can't believe how fast it all happened. Still gonna diet for another 4-5 weeks or so. By then I should be really in shape. Today consuming only protein with little fat anf very little carbs. Tommorow is my cheat DAY. That's right day!!! Ahh can't wait. Time to fell out my muscles. Im sure im gonna gain some good water weight tommorow. AHHHH bloated me. All good cuz then it's back to hardcore dieting again.

Back is sore like it's never been sore in a while today. Deadlifts really kicked my ass!! LOVE IT!! ;)
 
Well looks like im not going to do everything I had planned. Still have to maintain some sanity to this cheat meal. Day started already and FUCK it is too early.

Meal 1 - Leftover pizza from last night which I didn't eat
Meal 2 - Chinese food
Meal 3 - Egg and cheese omellete with a huge side of rice
Meal 4 - Donuts and Ice cream with a scoop of Isopure protein

*Must take in lactaid of course meals 1-3-4
*Sugary drinks as well whenever felt wanted
*Normal supplements will still be taken including fat burners

How's that for a modified all out eating day!! Not even that bad I think. Hehehe

Fuck it im not going to Poor Billy's tonight. Considering my day started already on barely any sleep im gonna be too fucking tired and it's better for me anyway. I'll sleep early tonight. Yeah on a Saturday. Hehehe gotta get my sleeping pattern fixed. Besides, im into the beach more in the morning and early afternoon than I am to late nights at the clubs. That's just me though.

Fuck now im debating on whether or not I should do it. Being in my carb depleted state it shouldn't be a problem I guess cuz all the extra calories and carbs will either be burned up or overstored as glycogen by my muscles and liver. :mix:

Oh well we will see. Going to bed now. Hehehe.
 
Well I didn't eat everything I planned today. Hehehe took my fat burners as usual but didn't take my proviron doses(don't know why I just didn't feel like it) and consumed the following:

Meal 1 - 5 pizza's and 3 cups of orange juice

Meal 2 - Chinese food, 2 kiwi strawberry snapples

Meal 3 - finished off meal 2 as I bought a shitload and having a big bowl of ice cream as I write.

*Only 3 meals not good but the meals were big so I couldn't handle more nor do I want to for the rest of the night.

Hmmmmm that didn't look too much like a huge cheat day did it. My stomach just couldn't handle it and I just don't feel like eating anymore so im stopping right now after this ice cream is done. Diet again tommorow but a balanced diet. I kind of miss eating clean already in all seriousness. :p

Ok definately not all filled out like I should be. Then again my cheat day yesterday wasn't really alot now that I think about it. Hehehe. Anyway im going to eat alot more normal now. I don't like this weight drop. Im dropping too fast I feel. This morning I weighed in at 216. :confused: :confused: :confused: I cheated yesterday though..... :confused: :confused: Anyway going to start eating alot more but still for the most part healthy. Wanna add some muscle now and not just maintain and lose fat.

***Another thing to note and I must talk to Macro about this is the whole yohimbine thing. I've not even been taking it for a week now and I can already notice the difference BIGTIME!!! I mean especially in those stubborn areas and even when I was dieting before bodyfat loss was good but those areas just seemed to linger. Must do more research on the whole alpha receptor thing. This shit intrigues me.

Just got back from Rutgers to see some friends for a little bit. Damn I really haven't been out lately. More personal problems. Smoked another cigarrete tonight. Fuck!! Anyway ate pretty good today still. Didn't get "Fat Cats" from the grease trucks like my friends did. Willpower.......
 
Decided to change split back to original split but adding a day specifically to Abs and Cardio.

Day 1 - Chest, Tri's and Delts

Day 2 - Legs

Day 3 - Back, Biceps, Forearms

Day 4 - Abs, Cardio (BORIIIIINNNGGGGG!!!!!)

Thx bro. It's good to see that you're on the training journals too.

Getting so nice. Im loving it. Getting so many compliments. Went to visit my old gym today(visit here and there) and everyone was giving me so many compliments. I love it. since they only see me once in a while they notice it alot more than people always at my house. Even though they all notice as well. I mean, from 244 to 216 is a significant drop. Too much I think but I don't care. I just wanna get all the fat loss over with then concentrate once again on building extra lean quality mass.

Lost a little strength though on legs. They look better, more cut up but some loss in strength. Worked Legs then did some abs and cardio. A little off on my training split but I train instinctively as well.
 
Dammit no sleep again last night. Not even one hour. Oh well I'll live. This isn't good for me though. Gotta get some good rest tonight definately. Keeping overall calories fairly low all day except for the cheeseburgers im eating right now. LOL my 2 meals before this were just pure protein so this isn't too bad. Next few meals will be all protein just the same til I fall asleep. Dammit I wanted to do Back day today. Guess it will have to wait until tommorow. :(

So overall im not sticking to the plan of eating more normal.(not good) Shit I've been in this extreme dieting mentality that it's hard to get out of it. I feel like I have to sacrafice a whole lot that's why because I haven't been in so many months. I know I don't have to suffer this much most of the week but it's just my mentality. My muscle fullness overall suffered. Im loading up all night tonight until im good. Then quit this extreme dieting shit.

Ordered some halo and some nolvadex to add to the mix. Can't wait for that. Right now im gonna concentrate less on losing weight and just concentrate on looking better and getting stronger while of course still getting leaner all in one. Gradual and even for all instead of just extreme fat loss with no regards to gaining extra muscle mass and strength at the same time.

Stressed about sooo much fuckin shit but life goes on right. So many people go through worse. What doesn't kill me will only make me stronger.

Anyway still doing pretty good with training although not so perfect with eating. Not eating meals consistently just haven't had the appeitite lately. Still everything is going pretty well although not 100% I have to admit. Gotta get myself back. Leveling off at 215 give or take water weight in the morning and then at night. Pleased with results as my abs show but still more to go I know that. I am definately not satisfied.

After much though and consideration as well as some info. from TxLonghorn I decided not to try halo.

One more reminder what the hell was I thinking with soy protein??!!! Raises estrogen levels in males. Here im thinking it's an overall good non-lactose protein source which helps regulate estrogen levels positively(in females!!! OHHHHHHHH :p ) but have also heard it's good for maintaining metabolism when dieting but not worth the extra estrogen IMO.

Maybe I built a pound or 2 of muscle and lost a pound or 2 of fat. Woohooo!!!!! Anyway im running out of my proviron. Sucks. Debating on whether or not to try fina now. lol...how long have you been on "fat burners"? I told you Mike that there would be a big difference in those 2 weeks! So I think I technically beat you on our friendly bet ;) I remember someone laughing at me when I said I was going to get ripped naturally...what sucks is that I have to start clomid next week :( I hate that shit...makes me break out like a mother fucker.

2 more days of proviron left. Pretty decent stuff. Been taking fat burners one dose only in the morning these past few days.

This week I will be taking 6 md-6 all in one dose in the morning. Not taking dymetadrine Extreme this week. Next week I may go off fat burners completely then hit it up again. Give my receptors a small break. I definately think im going to do fina now. I need an extra kick. HCG therapy will begin soon as well for during the cycle. Gotta keep these :) :) good to go you know. Weight is still the same but it looks like my face is puffier for some reason. May just be in my head I dunno. Still 215 although with clothes right now after weighing myself Im 220.

STILL GOT A LOOOONG WAY TO GO. I am nowhere near satisfied.
 
Hehehe so it looks like im going to be trying some fina after all. :p Gonna order tommorow and I should have it by Friday or Saturday and it should be good to go by Monday when it begins. Against what I have been told to do im only going to do 75mg eod to see how it reacts with my body this first time around. I hope I don't encounter any problems with it gyno-wise that would make we want to stop to it or resort to other drugs like bromo or anything. Really don't want to add anything else in the mix. For now..... ;)

Also going to purchase Yohimburn!!! Trial size for now just a little to use for my lower pecs. BUT........ I thouhgt about it and im going to try the fina first for a week or two while dieting of course. I wanna see if yohimburn lives up to it's claim which im sure it will but I don't want to start both at the same time because I really won't know which was responsible for the extra fat loss. I may lose the smaller trouble areas just from fina and my regular intake of oral yohimbine hcl.

So now Mike P.T. is trying fina and later Yohimburn for the first time. :garza: :garza: :garza:

the yohimburn tingles like a mofo and burns a lil til ya get use to it, now the fina is a whole differnt gama, just shoot it ed for better fat burning properties, dont let those stupid posts about fina rage get to you, i did it and i was fine. im already a hot head in real life but the fina calmed me down for some reason

LOL I don't care about the rage part. Believe me bro I have enough problems there as it is. But I can control is sometimes. hehehe. It's the friggin gyno im worried about. I even said it on there. hehehe did you even read the whole thread? :p I just wanna try it. I always have started off light even since I first started juicing. Get this my first cycle right after I turned 20 was 200mg deca/week and 50mg winny mon/wed/fri. Belive it or not I made some pretty good gains off that. ;)
 
Did an unorthodox workout yesterday. Did Chest, then abs, triceps and delts.

I did abs in the middle instead of at the end how I used to do it or how I was supposed to do it on there own day. Hehehe I have decided not to. Aside from it take a little longer(1 hour 30 minutes workout. I don't do a ton of sets. I like to be in no more than an hour though) I had a great workout. Doing abs in between actually gave my delts and tri's a break from being used during chest as well so that I "recharged" myself better so to speak rather than immediately going into triceps and delts right after chest. My abs also got a better workout although the idea of doing them on there own day would have given them the best workout im sure.
 
I have been eating so much more and I am loving it!!!! Looking so much fuller now. My weight has climbed as well since I am no longer carb depleted. About 220 at the moment. Not bad at all overall that's still a 24 pound drop since I started. Strength is at it's peak except on certain lifts like the deadilft which I must get back up again. Can't wait to start the fina I hope it comes in tommorow so I can start making this shit already!!! Monday it's fina time. After one week on it I will see if I should go back to my leaning out diet or continue to eat this way. We'll see how powerful this stuff really is. I hope I can continue to consume food this way while taking it and still lean out like crazy. Well again we'll see.

I gotta post pics in a month so I gotta get my shit together these last few weeks. :D
 
So looks like I won't be doing fina by Monday. Got an email just now saying that my credit card didn't go through. So now I have to use a different one dammit!!!! Fuck it will be end of next week by the time I do it!!!! :mad:
 
Weighing in at 223 this morning. Eating a hell of alot more and only taking fat burners at half the dose I was so weight gain is expected. Strength is going up again thank God. My fina better come in this week. Wanna get this shit started. ;)

First day I start fina stopping the intake of fat burners for one whole week. Nothing is to be taken that week even with caffeine or any kind of stimulant. Then after 1 week is up hit up fat burners again twice a day and depending on how the fina does for me, go back on my extremely strict diet again. Im comfortable with my physique right now although not 100% satisfied of course. Abs and obliques are visible but not perfect. I should get down to 205-210 im thinking. That would be perfect I feel. Then again if this fina adds alot of extra muscular bodyweight on me then I may be 215-220 nice and lean. We'll see how it goes. My b-day is coming up and part of my b-day gift im going to get 16 - 2.2 pounds of Pro source Nitro-whey. 100% CFM whey isolate. Tastes just as good as Isopure IMO, cheaper, and is higher quality since Isopure is Ion-exchanged and CFM is superior.
 
Well, haven't started the fina yet but decided to go off the fat burners already anyway. Gotta eat as clean as possible this week. Full blown leaning out diet(again though not as extreme) and fat burners and fina start next week.

Still have goals that I have not yet fully achieved. This new phase will finish the job.
 
Strength is going up. Food intake is at it's peak. Im actually liking it that im not on the fat burners anymore. I no longer have a weird feeling in my stomach and suprisingly I still have a good amount of energy throughout the day since stopping the other day. Im considering of staying off it. We'll see.. Good Back, Biceps and forearms workout today. ;)
 
Drank last night and also had a cigarrete. Didn't drink alot though only got buzzed. Had a party over here last night and it's been a while anyway so I said "fuck it." It doesn't bother me I had fun. ;)
