The gym is called Hard Nock's. The owner's name is Dave Nock. Hence the name. There is a chalk box where chalk us eis free and encouraged. The wights are welded together and when the are missing on the weekend it is because they fell apart and are being welded together. The ceilings are about 7ft high. the cardio "area" contains 4 bikes, 2 stairsteppers and 1 eliptical and thats almost a third the size of the gym. Chains for the bars. One toilet with one sink and one shower all squeezed in the room the size of a closet that didn't always have walls. Pictures from magazines like Flex on the wall, some are about 10 years old. The gym floor in by the squat rack has a small pool of blood on it from where someone blew a gusher out their nose when squating. Next to the blood is a bucket for people to puke in. Whoever empties out the trash can in the bathroom is sure to wear gloves because it is often full of needles.
