I am not going to share my diet today, because well.. I have a family Christmas so there is going to be lots of sausages, cheese, pizza rolls, and pie. But, I did back this morning.
Workout
Neutral Grip Pull-Ups - 2 x Failure-ish (body weight)
Bent-Over Barbell Row - 4 x 8 (205, 225, 250, 275)
Dead-Lift - 4 x 8 (225, 315, 375, 405)
T-Bar Row - 2 x Dropset (Started with 5 plates, went to failure, drop a plate and repeat. Most of you know what I'm talking about)
Lat-Pull Down - 4 x 12 + drop set to failure last 2 sets (110, 130, 150)
