Here we go, Cycle log.

Up 7 pounds since Monday, might be the mix of Anadrol and NPP, might be from the Slin, might be from the past 2 days of eating none stop.. probably a little bit of everything.

Diet Today
Meal 1
1 Cup Steel Oats (dry weight)
1 Banana
1 Scoop Whey
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 Whole Eggs
4 Egg Whites
2 Thick Slices of Ham

Meal 2 (pre-workout)
2 Scoop Whey
1 Cup Oat Flower
**45 Minutes Later**
50g Dextrose w/ preworkout

Meal 3 (post workout with 4 iu Humulin R)
2 Scoop Whey
75g Dextrose

Meal 4 (45 minutes later)
8oz Tilapia
2 Cup White Rice

That's all I've eaten so far today, will eat the same meal as meal 4, for meal 5 again in about an hour or so. Then some chicken and veggies, and more rice for the next few meals.

Workout

Barbell Shoulder Press - 4 x 8 (185, 205, 225, 240)

Lateral Raises - 4 x 12 (25's. 25's, 25's, 30's)
Rear Delt Flies - 4 x 12 (25's, 30's, 35's, 40's)

Barbell Power Shurg 3 x 8 (315, 375, 405)
Dumbbell Pause Shrug 3 x 10 ( 80's, 90's, 100's)
Standing Calf - 4 x 15 (225, 275, 315, 365)

Up another pound since yesterday, so that is 8 pounds since Monday. Diet is basically the same as the previous days I posted. So won't update that. I have no been counting macros really, just making sure I am getting enough protein and plenty of carbs. I will get everything a little more tuned in a planned out after the new year.

Workout:
Close Grip Bench - 4 x 8 (185, 205, 225, 245)
Weighted Tricep Dips - 4 x Failure (45, 65, 75, 90)
Rope Pull-Down - 3 x Failure + dropset on each set. (100, 100, 100)
Barbell Curl - 4 x 8 (85, 95, 105, 115)
Incline Dumber Curl - 4 x 8 (40's, 50's, 50's, 60's)
Hammer Curls - 3 x run the rack to failure

Today I was on the road a lot, so I ate like a king.

Meal 1:
4 homemade breakfast sandwiches
4 biscuits
4 whole eggs
8 slices bacon
4 slices pepper jack cheese

Meal 2:
1 Cantina Steak Burrito
2 Chicken Stuffed Tacos
2 Loco Ranch Tacos

Meal 3:
Double Quarter Pounder
Large Fry

Meal 4: (PWO w/ 6iu Humulin R)
2 Scoop Whey
75g Dextrose

Meal 5: (45 hour later)
4 Chicken Soft Tacos
Orange Juice

Still have to eat a couple more meals, they will be a bit cleaner.

Workout

Back Squat - 10 x 8 (Start at 225, ad 20 pounds each set and go to failure if you can't get 8)
Straight Leg Deadlift 4 x 12 (135, 155, 185, 205)
Quad Extensions - 3 x 12 w/dropsets
Hamstring Curl - 3 x 12 w/dropsets
Seat Calf - 3 x 8
Standing Calf - 3 x 8
 
Thanks brah. Will get the diet more detailed eventually. Right now I'm bulking, a tad bit dirty, so I am just more concerned with getting a bunch of food in than counting macros.

Hey guys, going to be logging my contest prep here. Everything is set to start on the 23rd. Going to be trying something new. Here I will show you the cycle layout, and update my progress as everything progresses.

The cycle is split into 2 parts. The first 4-5 weeks will be an all out bulk. After week 5 I will start to get the diet together but will continue lean bulking to about week 10. After that, the contest diet will be in place and I will start the shredding process. I've changed things up a little bit, and things are still subject to change, but here is the layout:

17-20 GW-50 - 20mg/day

21-24 Test Prop - 50mg/day
