Well some of you know that i ran a ( awful) cycle. a lot of things went bad... but i have been hovering around 235-237 for the past 2 months, and im about 4 weeks into pct. I just want to put out my spring cutting cycle.
This is going to be for a contest, but since i have school next summer i might have to just skip that show. Anyways here's what i got planned.
16 weeks
test 500-750mgs 1-16
eq- 600 mgs 1-16
tren- 75mgs ed 11-16
winny- 50 mgs ed 11-16
clen 2 weeks on 2 off
might add t3 if needed.
(considering some igf as well
)
Goals: I'm going to try to get above the 240 mark before the start. Im around 13-14 % now and will be around that for the start of the cycle. I plan on going 6% or less. Definetly less if competing.
Diet will be egg whites and oatmeal in the morning. and the rest of the meals containing chicken, lean steak, tuna, brown rice, sweet potatoes and the good efa's.
I got about 3 months til the start, but i like to plan ( and get stuff) early..
