well i'm not gonna blow smoke up your ass. i think you should be a lot more shredded for doing that many cycles. i am 6 3 almost 6 4 and i am barely 205 at single digit bf. ive done 4 cycles maybe 5 i have to think. some of them just quick oral cycles. but hey your shoulders and arms are built well. its not a flattering pose, camera, or angle. i highly doubt you came on here and posted a pic and lied cause most people don't have the balls to even post. so cheers to you for posting. now like i said your upper shoulders and chest look great, i mean look at chuck liddell, he is not completely bb looking, he has muscle where he needs it kind of like you. you need to start eating clean cals and 400g of protein ed if you really want solid results, 10 cycles is my only problem with your pics, you should be a shredded beast at this point, oh well life goes on. for protein thats a minimum, really you should aim for 2g per pound you weigh. and the more and more i look at the pic i can see myself standing next to you and you probably are very big so it just makes your forearms and what not seem small, i assume you would dwarf me as far as just plain old torso mass so its not that unbelievable guys. i have friends that are stick skinny and 6 4 or so that weigh 210 or so, i mean stick skinny 13.5 inch arms at the most, no chest no working out nothing. so i don't doubt jk at all guys, his concerns are real about doping tests and preparing for this fight, lets help him instead of chiming in about our size, its real easy to say how big you are without a pic, jk has one up so there is nothing really to hide. i guess he could jump on a scale and take a pic. post a pic if you are his size and a bit lighter or leave it. mine is in my avi and i'm a half inch shorter than him, and i can tell you i weigh a good 50 lbs less than him judging his torso and waist size. my waist is 29 inches i bet his is more like 34 or so. no one with shoulders and traps like that doesn't train. l shit he says he wants to fight not look perfect, he isn't trying to be jay cutless

test enth 250mg ew 1-16 for maintenence, you are gonna build all lean mass now
eq 600mg ew 1-16, shit if the gains don't stop stay on for 20 weeks
proviron 50mg ed, keeps you dry as a bone, hard in the pants and on the muscles, also keeps libido up and boosts free test
var 40-60mg ed 1-6 i'd say winny but you are a fighter and thats hard on joints
npp 75mg eod 1-6 with the var, lube those joints to be safe and add some lean mass, this should not bloat you.
i'd finish the cycle with var 40-60mg ed 13-18 if you go 16 weeks only, along with 75mg suspension ed then run pct. you should eat perfect on this, lots of protein and few carbs. i am not a dieter so i can't point you in a direction for that. you can try makavelli's diet. the short esters are great for coming off the eq but with proviron and low test you should recover no problem. post pics after and you should really look like a statue. you do need to train a bit different and eat a bit different i won't lie. but its not that drastic of a change you'll need to make. really focus on your compounds and make sure you are doing every body part, looks like you do a lot of benching, you need to target the chest in other ways, cause at a point benching only builds your delts. also hit the back up hard man. you should have wings like me if you are a fighter. i got those from boxing a long time ago and they never left me. my back workout is straight from mackey shilstone who makes fighters great; and my own little mix, but the most important excercise for your back in my opinion is wide grip pull ups with no help at all, then go to the pull down and do one hand at a time, really squeezing at the bottom and letting your abs slowly let the weight back up and use the abs to pull it back down. do these at high reps and perfect form.
