Here is a pic of me 8 weeks after my PCT

Here are my stats:

6'4"
260lbs (in the morning)
Cycles= >10
BF% ? (what do you guys think?)

My goal is to get down to get down to 250lb shredded for WKKC (World Koshiki Karate Championships) in Aug/07

Any feedback/comments are always welcome

Not tryin' to bust your chops man but you don't look 260... and yeah I know you're 6'4. I've seen alot of guys around that height and weight and you just dont fit the bill. I also have to ask what kind of cycles you've been doin' bro? For 10 cycles you don't look very muscular at all.
 
honestly.. you look no where near 260 and you have alot of work to do on your arms, try to bring in some lats too and i agree u acutally kinda look natural, what did you do?

I am 6'4" and weigh 230lbs,and though I am no monster,I look bigger than you,you may be closer to 230-240,maybe 16 % bf,unless you have some monster legs we arent seeing.Kind of disappointing after 10 cycles,unless you are 50,than maybe okay.

The pic is not "paltinum" all I did was upload it. If someone can help me post it better please tell me.

2nd I know I don't look 260lbs, but that is what I am. Most people think I look 230-240lbs. I have a big bones that make up most of that mass. Honestly I wish I was lighter about 10lbs-->that is my goal (read the beginning of the thread.

My cycles have not been to gain a huge amount of muscle but more consistent & long term, mostly eq/winny or vart/fina etc. I am 35 and started juicing over 10 years ago with 220lb body weight and more fat %.

So like I said I am NOT a BB but more into martial arts and don't care for getting any bigger!. So if you look bigger and are bigger great for you. Not everyone is obsessed with getting bigger.

Can't see the pic cause I'm not plat but you look solid enough. If you're not into mass, that's cool, but if you've done 10 cycles it just seems like you would be more muscular(not the same as being massive). Anyway, props to you for posting.
 
wow for juicing for 10 years your muscle structure, definition and yes size are really the pits.. I'm sorry but you may truly be wasting your money on juice if you're not going train and eat appopraitely for it.

I'll try this for the non plats. I'm 6'3" 255 with a higher body fat and this must be a bad angle or something cause you do look about 230. I wish I was a lean as you I'd be on a 1000mg of test and some dbombs blowing up.

well i'm not gonna blow smoke up your ass. i think you should be a lot more shredded for doing that many cycles. i am 6 3 almost 6 4 and i am barely 205 at single digit bf. ive done 4 cycles maybe 5 i have to think. some of them just quick oral cycles. but hey your shoulders and arms are built well. its not a flattering pose, camera, or angle. i highly doubt you came on here and posted a pic and lied cause most people don't have the balls to even post. so cheers to you for posting. now like i said your upper shoulders and chest look great, i mean look at chuck liddell, he is not completely bb looking, he has muscle where he needs it kind of like you. you need to start eating clean cals and 400g of protein ed if you really want solid results, 10 cycles is my only problem with your pics, you should be a shredded beast at this point, oh well life goes on. for protein thats a minimum, really you should aim for 2g per pound you weigh. and the more and more i look at the pic i can see myself standing next to you and you probably are very big so it just makes your forearms and what not seem small, i assume you would dwarf me as far as just plain old torso mass so its not that unbelievable guys. i have friends that are stick skinny and 6 4 or so that weigh 210 or so, i mean stick skinny 13.5 inch arms at the most, no chest no working out nothing. so i don't doubt jk at all guys, his concerns are real about doping tests and preparing for this fight, lets help him instead of chiming in about our size, its real easy to say how big you are without a pic, jk has one up so there is nothing really to hide. i guess he could jump on a scale and take a pic. post a pic if you are his size and a bit lighter or leave it. mine is in my avi and i'm a half inch shorter than him, and i can tell you i weigh a good 50 lbs less than him judging his torso and waist size. my waist is 29 inches i bet his is more like 34 or so. no one with shoulders and traps like that doesn't train. l shit he says he wants to fight not look perfect, he isn't trying to be jay cutless

listen jk this is what you need to run
test enth 250mg ew 1-16 for maintenence, you are gonna build all lean mass now
eq 600mg ew 1-16, shit if the gains don't stop stay on for 20 weeks
proviron 50mg ed, keeps you dry as a bone, hard in the pants and on the muscles, also keeps libido up and boosts free test
var 40-60mg ed 1-6 i'd say winny but you are a fighter and thats hard on joints
npp 75mg eod 1-6 with the var, lube those joints to be safe and add some lean mass, this should not bloat you.
i'd finish the cycle with var 40-60mg ed 13-18 if you go 16 weeks only, along with 75mg suspension ed then run pct. you should eat perfect on this, lots of protein and few carbs. i am not a dieter so i can't point you in a direction for that. you can try makavelli's diet. the short esters are great for coming off the eq but with proviron and low test you should recover no problem. post pics after and you should really look like a statue. you do need to train a bit different and eat a bit different i won't lie. but its not that drastic of a change you'll need to make. really focus on your compounds and make sure you are doing every body part, looks like you do a lot of benching, you need to target the chest in other ways, cause at a point benching only builds your delts. also hit the back up hard man. you should have wings like me if you are a fighter. i got those from boxing a long time ago and they never left me. my back workout is straight from mackey shilstone who makes fighters great; and my own little mix, but the most important excercise for your back in my opinion is wide grip pull ups with no help at all, then go to the pull down and do one hand at a time, really squeezing at the bottom and letting your abs slowly let the weight back up and use the abs to pull it back down. do these at high reps and perfect form.

Thanks for the honest/real feedback. I was bigger/more muscular but I had to sacrifice it for speed. The more I weighed the slower I was. Now I am becoming very quick for a big guy as I am loosing fat/muscle.

After Aug/07 I will put on more size to get back to what I was a year ago.
Until Aug/07 I have to stay clean (no gear) and keep dieting to lower my body fat. As you know, you loose muscle with fat, especially if you are not on anything..So I have to be realistic in my expectations during the dieting.

Honestly bro, you look feeble. I don't hardly ever flame around here but I know people that don't even work out that are more in shape and muscular. I know you said you don't train for muscularity or size but if that's the case, why juice? Either you've been using bunk gear, have no idea what you're doing in the kitchen or the gym or you're just messing with us. Seriously, I certainly don't have the best body (my avi is me) on this board but I've only cranked out 5 cycles and there is no comparison between you and I in regards to just pure muscle maturity - which is something you should have after training for ten years, even without juice.

this is why Bruce has my respect, because he did this same thing for me. Honesty is great but it needs to be in context to the individuals goals not yours. Some of you fellas look at his pic and measure him up to you which is whack. He knows his goals he has a great frame, and I am a fighter as well and his size is a beast to fuking deal with, whereas over roided up guys are easy to dominate because they gas quickly. Props to you for posting the pic and keep up the good work bro, follow bruces advice he will get you where you need to go...

I'm 5'9" and certainly not "big" by any stretch. My comment was in regards to muscle maturity - not muscular size. You have a soft, doughy look that is just a fact. You are not going to be shredded at 250 like you hope to be after cutting. You could probably be fairly lean at 230 but you're not 10lbs away from being shredded bro. BTW, I thought in your original post you said " any feedback or comments are welcome" - next time maybe you should write "please only tell me how great I look"

rfowler, thanks for the right type of feedback. You comments are dead-on as far my tailoring my training/gear towards my goal. You know exactly what you are talking about juiced up guys running out of gas, cause that's what happened to me. That's why I had to drop the juice and start loosing weight for CONDITIONING.

I wish I could spar 1 round with that little fucking midget...he has no clue about fighting & endurance..

actually yeah I do expect people say to good job. The guy is a fighter hes putting in work, he may use roids for different reasons than you and thats ok. You say good job because hes proud enough of his results to post them, sure you can offer advice on his improvement using your experience as a reference but do it the right way bro. Chuck is a great example, he has gh gut like a mofo but it works for him. You congratulate the effort. A dikbean is person that belittles others because they have a tiny tiny cock.

Thats untrue. we are not in his kitchen with him, unless you train mma, you have no idea what his training regimen is like. some of you guys are so full of crap because you think steroids belong exclusively to bodybuilders and thats rediculous, its like you were one of those kids who had all the best toys and wouldnt share them other kids like me, that is until I kicked the shit out of you and took your toys.

First off if Chuck posted his picture on this site you may have people say that's not the build I want but they'd all probably say that his muscularity is impressive. That is what I would expect someone that is a fighter with 10 yrs and 10 cycles to look like. He has density and maturity to his muscles.

bluetwisted is a good bro with a great build, that is not to be disputed, you have to understand though blue that guys like lance armstrong, skinny mlb sluggers juice etc...if it is helping him stay faster and stronger without attaining a bb look that is fine. as mentioned look at chuck lidell or even antonio tarver. tarver certainly doesn't look like he is 200 lbs at 6 2. i hate the guy he beat rj when he was old, but still he is good and he does not have ripped abs or ever look like he is a bb as roy did or tyson. some people just don't get that look. lance armstrong doesn't look like a guy that would have the endurance he does, and i have to believe steroids plays a part in this. it doesn't matter if he is responsible and using them and he sees a benefit then there is nothing anyone can say. i agree your input was asked for and it should be taken like a man. some people are blunt yet not rude like blue, he is only voicing his opinion. i agree you could look like that without juicing and a bit of working out but can that one pic really measure how he is in the ring off juice as compared to being on and so on and so forth? no it cannot.

i do agree though i don't know how you can fight without hitting your midsection harder man. one of the reasons floyd mayweather is so hard to beat is that he trains 15 minute rounds with 3 different fighters each 5 minutes one being bigger than the next. he does this for 10 rounds and 1000 crunches a day. if you want to beat the best you have to train like the best. i forgot to comment on your abs. gotta rip those up bro got to. honestly the point has been made that a lot of you are not a fan of his look, but he wants to fight not look a certain way so lets just help him.
 
i think its almost impossible to run 10 cycle and have the look he has, even if your not bulking.. some type of vascularity should have came out of 10 cycles.. im 6'5'' so i know how hard it is to get built at your height.. even more so than you do.. but me 10 cycles from now.. if im not bulking.. you would be able to see veins/cuts in every muscle of my body.. i just find it hard to believe youve ran 10 sucessful cycles.. what did some of them consist of.. are you running 4 week cycles or something? getting off before the esters kick in? im so confused..id like to fast forward 10 cycles from now.. WEEE

im really not knocking your build but maybe you are using the wrong compounds and diet to benefit your certain goals..

some of you guys are very quick to judge the man on a pretty poorly taken picture. He's 6'4 and maybe he's 4 feet wide at the shoulder.........hard to judge by the photo, what motivation would he have to lie about his weight? Even if you don't like his look you can comunicate that with honest feedback without making it a personal attack. Bruce provided information he can use to improve, most of the other comments were worthless to him

it's alot easier for me to put on size

and i can buy a suit off the rack.. ok.. maybe not.. but there are makers that have 52 short jackets that work out ok..

but i'm only 200 lbs 5'9"... and 46 is the new 30.. so kiss my ass..

since you are working out and supplementing with aas, i would like to see more of a detailed goal of what you want to accomplish..

if i had to guess, you like inclines, and traps work (who doesn't) i prefer to see someone with your definition and body comp than a doughboy who has been doing deca/dbol cycles for the past 4 yrs thinking he's working for his Pro card eating at wendy's..

so what would be your goals..

its very true, like antonio tarver or many other tough fighters who look soft in the gut but aren't. i mean two people can be 6 2 200 lbs at 10% bf and both workout and juice and they might look completely different. one might have a bigger waist, longer torso, longer arms, shorter legs, skinny legs, thick ones, shit i could go on. everyone is different, if just being 6 2 260 at single digi bf was all it took to be arnie than there would be a lot more specimens walking around. but the simple fact is some people have more freakish looking muscle than others who might have freakishly deceptive muscles meaning they do not show in an extreme way but when you are fighting them you know damn well they are there

I just finished reading all of these posts. I have the utmost respect for all of you bros that are taking up for jk but honestly you should go back and read the original post carefully. He lists his stats and then asks "what do you guys think?" Now I will agree that the all out bashing isn't necessary but I posted my honest opinion on what I thought about his stats based on 10 yrs of juicing and 10+ yrs of training. Did I miss something? Is that not what he asked us to do?
