TOKYO - People stopping to smell the roses can now take that sweet floral fragrance home with them or even send it to a faraway grandmother thanks to a new gadget in Japan that records and replicates the world's odors.



Pretty sweet. Now we'll be able to transmit 3 senses via communication technology.

After the initial flood of cooking odours, we'll be left with two things:
1. people sending their farts around the world
2. a new variant on sniffing your fingers after getting some.

Actually, it'll be interesting in the respect of discovering or realising how much of a scent is related to the actual odour and how much is related to pheromones.
