If you would have read my 3 progress threads from before, you would see that I never hid the fact that of what I was using when it came to anabolic androgenic steroids, and I also listed my diet, the whole nine yards bro. I never claimed Dermatherm was 100% responsibe for my results either, but it played a good part in the transformation.

sorry guy, not everybody is clueless. why not have someone on no gear do a 4 to 6 week run and post the real results? till then, with my experience, i know what 2g of gear does and that is what made the results happen here. still, very good job to the poster.

Still, its tough to find a diligent tester that is actually willing to take before and after pics and post them. They all promise to do it if you ship them a bottle of product but it rarely happens.

How about this -- If a non-AAS user is willing to actually post up a reliable 4-6 week log, use the product everyday, and bust his ass on training and strict diet for us, we would gladly take the offer.

Are you keeping track of calories and macronutrients?

My daily log has:

1. Date
2. How much I weigh
3. % BF via Tanita scale...not the greatest, but ok for relative comparison.
4. How much I slept
5. What I ate (meals 1-6). I haven't broken this down to total calories and macronutrients for all of them, but most of them I have.
6. What I did that day (weights Mon, Wed, Fri; cardio Tue, Thur, Sat; rest on Sunday)
7. Quick note on how I felt

On day 1 of taking the Dermatherm, I recorded:
1. Waist size
2. Arm size (bicep flexed, tricep flexed, forearm flexed)
3. Quad size
4. Calf size

I also took a pic.

I'll repeat the above on day 28 or day 35.
