hey im 25 and im rushed right now but what do u think of a

250 mg test e every week for 10 weeks and some dbol or tbol to kick start it and winstrol to end? sorry im rushed but i need to know...i have goo ddiet and nutrioin but i am hoping of gaining some lbm of maybe 15 pounds...also looking for good strength gains up bench maybe 75 pounds or 50 pounds...

Please don't take this the wrong way, but I am going to try to help.

AAS is not to be taken lightly. I understand we all would love a quick fix but there is no such thing. The fact that you say you're in a rush and want a quick answer leads me to believe you need a lot more education on this subject. If you can't take the time to type a complete post, my guess is that you can't take the time to diet and train properly as well, which means you're not ready for gear. Not trying to be a dick and I hope I'm wrong, but again, I'm trying to help just like I got help when I 1st got here...

Get at least 1.5grams of protein per lb of body weight and you will get results.

Protein intake is always ignored, but its probably the most vital part of cycling. I’ve seen guys not gain a lb from 1gm/testosterone a week because they weren’t paying attention to their diet.

wooo...sorry about all that...okay now that I am free I can write what I need to..

I want to be as cost-effective as possible (I am investing in the stock market as it is low) so I dont want to dish out a lot of money...

My diet consists alot of whole grains, protein (meat, shakes, and some bean protein), good fats (olive oil, eggs) I have a very good diet.

I am at about 14 % bodyfat so I need to lose a little bit.

I am 27 years old and weigh about 186 right now...I am a hardgainer to the extreme .lol.

I was thinking 1-10 test e 250 mg every week

also maybe some tbol or dbol to jumpstart my gains....also end with winny or halotestin...I also want to be able to keep my gains....this is my 2nd cycle...thanks and sorry about the rushed post up there....please regard this one instead

Just run test by itself bro. You don't need to complicate things. Just see how you respond to test and go from there. If you're eating and training are on point you will grow very well from that. If you're 14% bodyfat then you are not an extreme hardgainer bro. I have known very few true hardgainers in my life. Hardgainers end up often being guys that eat fast food twice and day and eat doritos before bed and train half assed. I'm not saying this is you, but you are not an extreme hardgainer. Also, how tall are you? Pics?
 
I used to have trouble gaining, too. I changed up my workout. Try super-setting 2-3 exercises for a particular BP to stimulate the muscle.

What was your 1st cycle like?

Yeah sorry I was rushed...a few typo's...actually alot but I am 5'11 and the only reason why I gained weight was because I was consuming a good 4 weight gaining shakes a day plus my other meals....I was bulking over the summer (lean bulk) so yeah...it should be gone soon...also I know halo is good for hardening and strength (like aamazing good) but would test do the job alone...if test alone should I up it to 500 mg...a week of Test E...wouldn't I retain alot of water and lose it all? well some....I dont want my GF to be suspicious...and pct I was going to run nolva oral for about 2-4 weeks...see how feel during it.:jenscat
