Helping a buddy with MMA workout

Alright, so my buddy is really wanting to start working out. But he cannot get a membership yet because he has no job.

He has limited amount of equipment at home to use, but it is enough.

Here is what he has:


Total amount of weight available to put on each side (of bar)
53lbs

Bar weighs – 10 lbs (the one used for benching)


One Flat Bench
1 Straight Bar (short)
1 Straight Bar (long)
Speed Bag
Jump Rope


ALL THE WEIGHTS ARE PLATES. Not dumbbells.

He does not care about gaining muscle right now, just conditioning, stamina, and getting fit.

So he wants seperate workout days, and conditioning days. What could his workout days look like?
