My girl friend has decided to train her upper body with me, downstairs in my basement. I have a small gym (bench,lap pull,row). She doesn't feel it in her back when doing the row. I however, feel it great. She wants to tone up. Any suggestions?

When you are training..whatever it is you need to focus on what muscle group you are working and make sure your form is correct...a lot of people do not perform rows right to begine w/...have her pull back and squeeze when she comes back and hold for a second...maybe get her some wraps so she willl not have to worry about her grip slipping and so on...maybe have her try some bent over rows w/ some dumbbells?? Also have her do some pull overs on your bench..that will hit her back as well..can she do pull ups? with your assistance?
