Just started 1st cycle supertest 350 and deca 2 pins a week =700 s/test 200 deca need help with diet and training bf too high
 
This is all you need to know now:
Stop all steroids immediately and educate yourself before you mess yourself up. You dont have basic things like training and diet in order.
 
horrible cycle for someone who has high body fat.. u will gain more fat for sure and get shutdown for a long time with deca which will make your problem worse.

give me full stats and your current diet and training and lets fix that first. no need for roids right now.
 
Let's get your stats so we can tell you again not to juice until your diet and training are in order and your bodyfat is low enough to keep your risk of dying down some.
 
My stats r 5ft 10inchs , 207 pounds bout 30% bf (estimate only will do ASAP) I go the gym 3-4 times a week my diet consists of around protein 190g, carbs 600g, fat 75g within 4 meals and 2 protein shakes thanks to those who replied I'm willing to listen and learn I appreciate the advice

IMO reduce the crabs and start taking more protein....
start doing cardio mate. 3times per week at least.

Low carbs n high protein clean diet is the go for you

Do this for 3months, be consistent and follow your diet. You will be half your bf.

Then hit your first cycle
 
your stats don't indicate someone who is 30% body fat. who knows though.. can u put up a pic to clear up confusion?

people who juice should already have their diets and workouts on track for years and years. it cuts down on the 'i'm 5 weeks into cycle and not seeing gains' type threads. when will people realize that we are not cows and that juicing isn't gonna magically add mass without proper diet and training.
 
^^^ yeah i would stop everything right now.

your pic looks like you never work out and your diet needs a lot of work.

i would seriously consider getting in a lot of cardio work in, and focus on diet for the next year or two. then you can worry about juicing if you want to do things the right way.

we can start with fixing your diet.. lay out a typical day of food for you... tell me exactly what you eat/drink and when, don't try and wiggle your way out and bs me.. be honest about it.. no one is here to flame or make fun of you. but i can help you eliminate some foods and add some foods that will speed up your metabolism.

you aren't 48% body fat, but you are definately atleast 25-30%.. not that it matters cause anything over 20% is too damn high for an athlete.. need to get that down to 15%

bro you are not ready for juice. ( with high bf it will do more harm than good )..the diet section of elitefitness has tons of info for you. use the search feature and find a thread called : so you want to loose fat and gain muscle.
its a great thread from RADAR that will tell you what type of food to eat.

the best macros for you in my opinion would be 50 % protein ,30% carbs and 20 % fat.
google search how to find you maintenane calories ..it will give you a formlua ..prob harris benedict or some shit like that..vcant remember.

anyway drop your maintenace calories by 500 calories and apply the macros above.

use fitday.com aswell ..its pretty good.
 
Basically I have no exact diet that I'm following at present I live in uk so food names, brands may not be the same as elsewhere if I knew how many carbs, protein etc to eat daily and how many meals I could sort it out from that

brands? this tells me you are eating boxed crap right?

you need real food. is a sweet potato a brand? or brown rice? or chicken breast? or turkey? or brocolli?

again I ask you tell me what you are eating and I can help. I don't believe in that carbs/protein bullshit cause you could eat chocolate cake and get 5000 carbs or you can eat whole grains and get 5000 carbs.. both would not be the same thing.
 
Ok I do eat chicken breast , turkey breast , veg broccoli green beans etc I also do eat junk food as far as potatoes jacket potato normally what I have also cereal (shredded wheat) some pasta to with chicken breast and tinned tomatoes to add flavour so for breakfast cereal for lunch pasta sometimes normally junk food (this bad I know ) it will stop then for tea/supper jacket potato with 2 chicken breasts/turkey breasts and veg hope this helps !!!!

Looks like you are eating the foods you should be eating like chicks breast, turkey breast, veggies, but you also like to eat some junk on the side.. Thats not a problem, you can enjoy the food you like but you MUST do 1hr cardio everyday combine that with 4-5 times a week of heavy weight lifting routine OR you can reduce the junk and do 30 min cardio instead..
Not only cardio and weight lifting will burn shitloads of calories while you're doing it, it also increase your metabolism so you burn more cals when you rest..
