My stats r 5ft 10inchs , 207 pounds bout 30% bf (estimate only will do ASAP) I go the gym 3-4 times a week my diet consists of around protein 190g, carbs 600g, fat 75g within 4 meals and 2 protein shakes thanks to those who replied I'm willing to listen and learn I appreciate the advice
Basically I have no exact diet that I'm following at present I live in uk so food names, brands may not be the same as elsewhere if I knew how many carbs, protein etc to eat daily and how many meals I could sort it out from that
Ok I do eat chicken breast , turkey breast , veg broccoli green beans etc I also do eat junk food as far as potatoes jacket potato normally what I have also cereal (shredded wheat) some pasta to with chicken breast and tinned tomatoes to add flavour so for breakfast cereal for lunch pasta sometimes normally junk food (this bad I know ) it will stop then for tea/supper jacket potato with 2 chicken breasts/turkey breasts and veg hope this helps !!!!
