Uh, sugars aren't going to make him fat - calories will. No caloric excess? No fat gain. No muscle and likely no strength either.

Still, if he's not far above maintenance, fat gain will be the same as it would be if he were eating 100% clean.
 
YAY!!!!!
Have some GOOD news. On wednesday, I went in for my last PT session, my trainer gave me a list of exersizes to do. Today (Friday) I went in for my last doctor appointment, he said I was 100% healed, I just need to make my knee stronger.
The list is as follows:
3x10 bridge
3x10 Sideways step up with 8" step
3x10 legpress 70 lbs on each side
3x10 leg extension 40 lbs
3x10 leg curl 70 lbs
3x10 partial lunge
 
I just tweaked my diet.
M1:
Egg Beaters
English Muffin with Penut Butter on it
Milk
M2:
Either
A:Turky Breast
or
B:Tuna Fish sandwhich, light/no mayo
M3:
Blueberries
Strawberries
Almonds
M4:
What ever my mom cooks, but she's consious and supportive of my efforts
so we have a lot of high-protien foods now
M5(only on work out days):
1/3 strength protien shake
