Have some GOOD news. On wednesday, I went in for my last PT session, my trainer gave me a list of exersizes to do. Today (Friday) I went in for my last doctor appointment, he said I was 100% healed, I just need to make my knee stronger.
The list is as follows:
3x10 bridge
3x10 Sideways step up with 8" step
3x10 legpress 70 lbs on each side
3x10 leg extension 40 lbs
3x10 leg curl 70 lbs
3x10 partial lunge
